    My favorite (so far) of your products is the boxy bag, so I wasn't too surprised others liked it too. I would like to see one as a purse with an inside zippered center partition/pocket and inside pockets on each side in the lining. I like small purses, but it would need to accommodate a check book as well as my asthma inhaler. Short, double handles (a handle on each side to total two) would be nice. I have thought of trying to Frankenstein some patterns to make something I like, but I have never even made a purse before😛! I REALLY enjoy your videos. You are such a talented lady. Thank you so much for sharing.

    Thank you Christine, and WOW!!!!😄😂What a fantastic mix of new and older products in your sales. I was pretty sure your zippered bags were going to give the super market shoppers a run for the finish, and love that the hand towels, puppy poo pouchs, and of course, one of my favourite, itty bitty bags got in there. Your tapered bags are amazing as well. As you can probably tell, I am very happy and excited for you and love these videos. Don't worry, your shoppers will never go out and didn't by much, but you have got some dynamite products to offer. ***** all around.

    I always enjoy your videos and ideas. The most important thing I learned was that I am charging too little for my work, and that I need to seek out some upholstery fabrics. I often repurpose fabric and clothing. I have been making small zippered box pouches, for small items big enough for credit cards, keys, chap sticks, and some especially for golfers. Again, thank you for your excellent videos. I made several of your accordion folded shopping bags for the grocery store. One cashier called them the Harry Potter bag because so much disappears into what seems to be a small bag. Love it!

      @ChristinesHomeAffairs  Год назад

      Thanks Kathleen. Learning to charge what you're worth can be difficult. Believing that you're worth it is even harder. I still struggle with it myself. Don't be put off by those that say they can make it cheaper. They're not your target market 😀

    Love all your videos. Watch some of them over and over again.That motivates me to sew. (In reality, it motivates me to collect more fabric and then I have to sew😉😇). I also took up the idea of using labels. I started selling this year at small craft markets.
    My best sellers are cosmetic bags made from quilting fabrics and upholstery fabric swatches. And few soap storage bags and small key pouches similar to your Puppy Poo Pouches. Shopping bags and shoe bags are completely ignored at my place. But mine are always used, I love them.

    I love all of your videos Christine, so thank you for recording them for us. I find your best 10 sales very interesting so I hope you keep recording these episodes. I was wondering if the batch ie colour of fabric also affected the sales, for example, I know you said that one lady bought several of the zipper bags, but I thought the fabric in the zipper bags was the nicest out of all the 10 products that you showed us, so had I been in your shop, I might have bought a couple too. My problem with making bags ( I make as gifts) is that when I make them with a favourite fabric, I never want to part with them!! Do you find it hard to part with certain products?

    • @ChristinesHomeAffairs
