Workers & Resources: Soviet Republic is a real-time soviet-themed city builder tycoon game. Construct your own republic and transform a Soviet Republic into a self sufficient economy. The purpose of this series is to provide a guide for the a new players first game. The objective is to cover the steps involved in setting up the first town and laying the foundation of a long term self sufficient economy.

Finally a proper guide for new players. I was scouting youtube since the full game came out and I was having a laugh with all those ''absolute beginner guide'' videos watching creators placing down 100 buildings with all the mechanics ''ON'' before they even unpause the game for first time. Thank you!

Thank you for the support. Not sure how far I will take the series, but I am planning a second series that includes more mechanics, e.g. water. maintenance, etc.

This is a very nice introductory tutorial. One thing I might suggest going forward is to use a brighter text when you put text on the screen. The black stood out fine against the green areas, but when the text overlaid the water, the black over dark blue was hard to read.
