I have a dark brown pocket size Moterm in their nice pebbly leather that I use mostly as a wallet with Filofax month on 2 pages inserts + task lists and notes pages. Am in my 2nd year with it and loving it! ❤️
Oooh lovely! Is that the “Espresso” colour way? I’m very impressed with the Moterm covers. They have the quality of older Filofaxes. So much thought has gone into their design and usability.
What a great setup! Simple yet very functional for you. I enjoy making my own notebooks too. I draw my own dailies because I really like doing it-it is so calming. I also like to have the ability to change up my dailies as needed although I've been using my current configuration for a year now and I still love it. I fit two months into one notebook and only have one notebook in my cover at a time. I think I might add another with a month per two pages layout with as many months as I can fit. I'm doing markets now and I have to sign up months in advance. I also need to plan out my creative process months in advance now too.
Thank you! I also find it very relaxing making my own notebooks/ layouts 😊 excellent idea for adding in a monthly book. You’ll be able to fit a lot in the one book.
The Muji month stickers are genius. Really like your system but would adapt to the standard travellers size as I have big handwriting and passport gives me too little paper real estate!
Thank you! Muji do weekly plan stickers as well, and they’re really inexpensive ☺️ love them. I do like the look of the standard size TN as well but all my bags are tiny haha and I need to be able to take it with me.
Oh the black cover is gorgeous! It really is a wonderful cover and perfect for a wallet setup. I’m surprised at just how much I liked this cover but it just works, it’s great! 😊
Love this! I have been using effectively the same system but in the regular size travelers notebook. I made my own passport TN notebook to use as a wallet/pocket notebook a couple months ago, and I think for 2025 I’ll use a calendar insert in that instead of my larger one!
Awesome! If you move your calendar over to your passport size what will you do with the extra space in your standard size? Will you add another notebook?
@@skellyjayneI’ve been trying to figure out how to have a much thicker notebook in my larger one for a while, so I’m still working on that. Soumkine used to make incredible notebooks with around 250 pages but they haven’t made them for a couple years now. I’d love to have something like that - otherwise probably just keep my notebooks in there longer as I find I reference back to 1 or 2 notebooks ago fairly often.
@@anthonydraper1231231 Get an A5 Stalogy and cut it down to Standard TN size. Stalogy paper is awesome and they have both half year (192 pages) and full year (365 pages) versions available.
I really like your method for making your own passport sized books with the covers. I might just have to give that a go, those printables on etsy are great. :D It saves money on crazy expensive stuff too, thanks!
Thank you! I really love making my own notebooks. It’s so satisfying! In line with it saving money, it also allows me to use up what I have laying around. Like harvesting paper or covers from old notebooks. I think I’d like to make a diy/how to video showing how I make them so watch this space 😊
This was my first time trying to print a book though I have printed Filofax inserts before. My main tips are to follow any printing instructions that come with the printable to the letter. Go through your print settings to make sure they match. Making sure you've set the correct paper size seems to be a big one A4, Letter etc. Passport size is just fantastic! i am such a convert.
@@skellyjayne I just watched your 1 yr in the passport size and it reminded me that I have these hand stitched notebooks I made that have the softest, loveliest of lightweight cream paper!!! So I'm gonna draw out monthly grids in one of those and I couldn't be happier about it 😊 Thanks for jobbing my memory!
@@skellyjayne I make my own inserts. They measure at 7cm wide and 10.5 cm high. They fit in every thing and I love having them on me all the time❤ The page size is similar to mini 5 ring planners. More to the point the pages are exact half of a6. I hope that helps.
I am really enjoying your videos! I love how simple your system is and I love passport size too! 🇬🇧❤
Thank you so much! ☺️ I’m having a lot of fun making them. Hurray for Passport!

Such a brilliant system. Simple, effective, robust and still full of character
Thank you Maurizio! 🥰
Love it!!! You’ve inspired me to pull out my passport Moterm. I like your minimal setup and style. I’m going to try that. Please keep posting ! ❤
Oh fantastic! It really is such a wonderful cover and system. ☺️
Thank you so much for listing the plastic covers. I am going to order them. 😊
You are so welcome!

The Travelers Nktebook System, for me is one of the best out there. Great video
I totally agree! After such a long time in Filofax I didn’t know if I’d be able to settle in a new system but I’m glad I made the switch.

I have recently adapted something similar. But I love idea of the month stickers. I’ve been thinking of doing a simple printable notebook.
Oh you should do it! I’ve made lots of notebooks but this was my first time printing one. It was much easier than I thought it was going to be 😊
I'd love a video on how you get these to print properly because I can't seem to work it out 😅I'll be in a passport size for my EDC too 😊
