- In today's video I'll be sharing with you all of the amazing Traveler's Notebook pieces I picked up in Japan! I went to three locations and i'll bring you along with me! There will be a haul after each stop! I hope you enjoy it! What is your favorite use for you traveler's notebook?

Seeing all the beautiful charms is making me realize that I do really want a charm on my notebook. I absolutely love the Traveler's system because I can change up the inserts depending on what I am working on.
It’s nice to see that I’m not the only person that keeps the paper coasters when traveling. 😬

It’s so different watching a video of somewhere I’ve actually been to, I love it so much! You’re so right about Tokyo Station being confusing, I got really overwhelmed trying to find it, and I totally get the whole not knowing where to put all the stamps thing, there were a few people trying to use them all when I was there, so super overwhelming! But we’re seasoned pro’s now, next time we’ll know what we’re doing 😂

OMG. I enjoyed your video and was just so excited to see the visits to the actual places. A friend had her hubs pick up my Narita journals! Treasures for sure. Now I need the airplane charm!!
I loved this video! I'm sad now I didn't go to Starbucks Reserve or Traveler's Notebook when I visted Japan in 2018. I ended up spending all my money at Tokyo Disneyland on stationary, as well as artbox. LOL! Now I'm looking on ebay at some of your amazing finds. :)

Wow Great Haul Lori! I have a plain camel TN standard size- I have been using it as my wallet. I keep a monthly calendar insert, a plastic card slot insert, and one of the canvas zippered pocket inserts inside. Lots of spots for everything I need!
Great idea to use that as a wallet! Plus you can always have a notebook on hand!

I’m 69 years old, and it’s always been my goal to go to a Starbucks reserve to get travelers notebooks and the stickers, and writing board, I better hurry up and do that, lol I am enjoying your video on all your travels. 😊 goodness your haul is so beautiful it’s just fabulous thanks for sharing. You picked up one of the clips I seen and I just went crazy over it love the gold tone on one of them looks vintage. My heart started pounding when I seen the Starbucks reserve factory absolutely gorgeous, Starbucks is my favorite coffee joint, their pike place is the best. I bet it smelled heavenly in there with all that coffee. The closest Starbucks reserve is Seattle Washington I would love to plan a visit there.

Beautiful collection!
Definitely inspired me to take a visit to Japan, and stop by the Starbucks Reserve. Was a Coffee Master in my 20s, so I have passports filled with their coffee, even a coffee bible dating to their early days. It will all go into my Sbux TN, along with some company pins, anniversary pen, apron, espresso tamp, cap, T-shirts, even bearista bear.
Looking forward to the lay outs and the pens!

Totally enjoyed this video! I discovered TNs a few years ago, but did not actually get "into" them until recently. What a special opportunity to go right to the source! Thank you for sharing--it is not something I will ever experience (LOL, we only travel by RV and don't have passports,) so I rely on RUclipsrs to show me around!

Hi! I enjoyed your video a lot! Which size of traveler notebook do you recommend collecting stamps in Japan? Classic or passport? I'm interested buying my first traveler notebook for my Japan travel this summer. Thank you so much.
I've seen people take plain white shirts and ink and they do a stamp like on the shirt with those pretty manhole covers like the one you passed in 10:49. I've only been to Japan once when I was in High School, I'd love to go back one day. Great hauls! :)

Im laughing out loud at "Starbucks is the place that I literally lost my mind" - totally understand!!!! I have purchased third party some Starbucks roastery stuff just because they are so cool - and I live in Seattle so kinda contractuallly obligated to purchase Starbuck's stuff! So loved that you sat there and journaled in your passport insert in the inspiration lounge! Guess I've just added another place to my bucket list.....thanks for sharing!
There must be a log of signed contracts for all Seattle residents somewhere in a Starbucks file! lol!! It really was such a great spot! Seattle should DEFINITELY have a Starbucks Reserve!

You know...I think I thought that was what I picked up when I bought the ballpoint at Starbucks. No I don't have it. I have the Kaweco brass so I never invested in the TN fountain pen. Do you like it?

I think the Superior Labor store is called NAP but it's far from Tokyo.

Haha totally fair question! I’m doing my slow fashion Friday video on my growing stationary problem! Need is a very relative word when it comes to pens and stationery!! 😂

For sure! I lived in Japan for six years and really enjoyed the culture. Unfortunately, I was not aware of the fountain pen history 😢. I've just started on this journey and really have learned so much from you!
