Thank you for watching and subscribing to my channel! Well, that’s a great idea just to visit some specific places like Studio Ghibli Museum and explore stationery stores to avoid hot spots. Hope you have a great time in Japan sometime soon :)
こんにちは Lisa! ありがと for the great video! 😁 It was so fun to watch and made me feel excited about one day visiting the airport shop for myself ☺️ It was also fun to see the sakura items at other shops. If you have time, it would be great to see more sakura themed things as well as real sakura blossoms when they are ready 🌸🌸🌸 Also, I'm looking forward to you being able to use your new cover in September! It was a great idea to get it for your birthday 👍☺️
こんにちは Danni! I know!!! I was so excited to see all the things that they had, too and I’m so glad that my video made you excited. And of course I’d be happy to share how cherry blossom look like along with the sakura items and sakura flavored diet or something sweet. You gonna love it🌸 Obviously I made an excuse, but you’re always so kind to me!!!! Yeah, I can’t wait to open it in September😆 As always, appreciate your continuous support! Thank you so much Danni🥰🥰🥰
Thank you so much! Haha I think everyone watching this channel would be very encouraging of you enjoying as many sakura things as possible! 😄 It's my pleasure 😊 ありがと for making great videos! 😸💖
Hi Dani! Thank you so much for saying that❤ You always make my day. By the way, I think is the cherry blossoms will be starting to bloom in a few weeks🌸 So it's going to be great!
Thank you for the video. This place is on my bucket list for when I get back to Jpn. I got my very first TN regular in brown from an art/stationery boutique in Osaka back in 2017. One question if you don't mind: I've never landed at Narita airport becuz Haneda's was way closer (and cheaper tix too lol), so can I still visit TFA store if I come from outside of Narita? Thanks.
I’m going in may.. just want to know is the shop after you checked in for departure or it’s outside before you check in.. I will be arriving in Narita ard 7am and thought of having breakfast at McDonald’s to wait for the shop to open..
Hi, regardless of whether you check in or not, you can get there unless you declare the custom. If you check in first, and then you can enjoy the TFA without your suitcase, or belongings. Even if you don’t check in, you can also get there, because both TFA and check-in counters are located at the 4th floor (terminal 1) where everyone can get there without a passport. Hope it helps!
@@explore_further_ actually I land in Narita around 7am and thought of going to the shop after claiming my luggage n have breakfast at McDonald’s to wait for it to open..
Hi again! If a layover means you don't declare the customs declaration, you cannot drop by TF Airport because the store is there BEFORE the declaration. Hope it helps!
hi! just came across this. i'm planning to go japan next year and my family and i most likely would be landing in haneda instead of narita. i still want to go to the store and i'm trying to dedicate time to go. i was wondering which train/transport line did you use to get there, how long it takes and is it hard to navigate around? would love to hear from you. thanks!
Hi! Thank you for watching. As for the transportation that I recommend, I would say either by limousine or by train depending on the preference, time or money. However, there are a few things that you should keep in mind. No.1 Only one limo comes every hour according to the website. It costs jpy3,100/adult, and it takes approximately one hour from Haneda. No.2 In case of taking the train, only one train comes every 40 min. And it costs jpy1,800/adult, and it takes approx. one hour and forty minutes. (No need to transfer) Actually I’ve never traveled from Haneda to Narita, and since I live in Chiba, not in Tokyo, I usually go to Narita Airport by train or car, it takes less than an hour or so. I don’t think it’s hard to navigate, but if you don’t have enough time or your schedule is tight on that day, I would say it’s hard. It depends on your schedule. Hope it helps!
@@explore_further_ thank you so much for taking the time to reply! 🫶 it's very useful information! I'll definitely try to work around the time I have ☺️
Hi, sorry I’m not quite sure about the US store. There are only four Traveler’s Factory stores in Japan, but you may find TF stuffs like notebooks, leather covers in some stationery stores in the US. Thanks!
@@explore_further_ Thank you! I’ve been watching videos about Japan because I will be going there (it’s been 20 years,) and this store fits what I’ve been searching for (stuff relating to 1960s American Road Trips.) I see Pam Am stuff there (I hope that they have TWA stuff there too,) and a dream of mine is to travel down Route 66 after I retire. This store screams vintage America, which I’ve been wanting to find. I do have a small scrapbook/traveler’s journal, so because of this store, I know that I can truly make it shine with what I can decorate it with (that, and I plan to buy lots of washi tape and stickers.) Thank you so much for posting this video.
@But First, Techo and Journal yeah we have ben planning since 2021 and ther is so much we want to see and do and we hope to stay for a month we will see how much we can do in that time 💜
I went nuts at this store. HAHA. I haven't even left the airport yet but I spent so much already haha.
I know! Couldn’t agree more. I bet TF drive people crazy especially when visiting there for the first time. Wish I could live there🤣

I would love to visit a store like this 😮 (I am in the uk)!
Yeah, I know! I’m so lucky enough to enjoy TF store tours, but I’d love to visit UK again!!
I know right uk shopping sucks now, have to do everything online and for TC it’s a bit limited😢 I’d have an absolute field day in that store
@@helzbelz2818 So sorry about that, but it must be an exciting day if you come visit TF airport!

what's the closest store to South Carolina?
