    Shitajiki/pencil boards are so good for smoothing the writing surface as your insert/journal fills up and has more texture … The ruler and grid on the back comes in handy too. TFS 😊

      YES! I actually take it back, I've been using it a lot lately. My journal does have a lot of stuff right now, so I need it to give me an even surface to write on. Don't know why I didn't use one before! Lifechanging!

    lol I feel you on being afraid of using precious stickers. If the notebook I'm using doesn't have a clear cover I can slip it inside in, I use washi tape to temporarily stick it onto something without peeling off the sticker paper backing 😅

    • @tisamuico
      @tisamuico  Год назад

      That's what I do too! I have a sticker that I put between the clear cover and my hobonichi!

    Thanks so much for sharing! May I ask if the TN regular notebook is cheaper to buy in Kyoto or in Canada/USA (~50-55 USD here)? Not counting the special edition ones.

    • @tisamuico
      @tisamuico  11 месяцев назад

      I would say it's cheaper to buy from Kyoto or Tokyo because our local stores here in the US and Canada still have to pay for import fees on top of the notebook's retail price.

    Hi! I just discovered your channel and would love to know if you have a desk overview..I would love to know where some of the pieces I see in the background of this video are from! :)

      Not yet, but maybe that"s something I can do eventually. Let me know if you have specific things in my desk you want to know more about and maybe I can tell you now where I got it :)

    Awesome haul! May I ask what the prices are in USD for a standard size TN and a passport size TN in Japan?

    • @tisamuico
      @tisamuico  3 месяца назад +1

      Ooh unfortunately, I can't remember any of the prices for the leather covers, but will try to see if I can spot it on my video :)
