The delay in the mixer is for compensation when you use plugins that delay the signal, it's actually a tweak for a problem that was automated in later versions. I wouldn't recommend to use it like that since it can change depending on the plugins you use later. Sorry but your sick way is actually a bad way of doing it hahaha. I know you're comfy with 11, I was too. But believe me, if you take one day to migrate it´s SUPER worthy. Like the Fruity Delay 3 plugin, it´s beautiful. Plus you can have both installations so you don't lose your old projects. Keep up the good work!

Another thing to add to that piano part is to use randomize tool to randomize the volume (or what I do is I randomize and then for the chords I manually set the volume of each note since realistically every note in a chord is at a random volume as well) and I also use the Strum tool since realistically no note is played exactly at the same time (and again with that, I then manually move the notes slightly so that it doesn't sound like it's strumming)
