The build is off to good start. Do like the steel framing with Hardie flex sheets , it should be easy to render however Hardie sheets need sealing all round however in the Philippines the hot condition should be enough to keep them dry. Love that stone work.

We are slowly getting ready for our place. Got 4new 200ah batteries and a 2500 liter water tank arriving on Monday , we will be back home first week of August to get it all connected and working 😊
The ceiling will have some insulation, not the walls, solid concrete. The round building is a small side project which houses the deep well water pump.
build is looking great and very solid and the chateau is che magnifique lol may i ask how long is the span on those roof beams during the part when describing the typhoon clips.. looks about 30 ft on video

Good question. I can't say for sure, but I would think no, as long as there is no air entrapment...
