Kveik changed my life in Florida. Turned my fermentation chamber into a keezer

I only wish I would have known about Kveik when I first got into brewing but it was pretty much unheard of in the U.S.. Love Florida, but the heat can be a bit of a pain sometimes.

I have lots of staples and even a lot of very experimental brews in the works.

Great point, although I would worry about the long neck part of some bottles.

I pretty excited to watch this one gallon brew series. It doesn’t sound like you’re going to show a fermentation bucket as a fermentation choice?

I actually have a bunch of 2 gallon fermentation buckets, but I have a bit of OCD about not being able to visual see my fermentation. I'll make sure to bring them into one of the videos to discuss. I originally bought 4 - 2 gallon bucket fermenters to do heavily fruited meads aka Melomels.

Most of this stuff is dirt cheap on Facebook marketplace.

Fridge, ink bird and a 10l keg... Lot less than an igulu doofus, especially if you get hold of a fridge someone is throwing out!

Agree, but most people sadly don't spend the time and money to do that. I've done it a few times now.
