If you plan to do really strong ales, I would recommend spending a little more and going with the 15 gal version. I am pretty sure I could get away with almost 16 lbs without rice hulls (rice hulls usually take up a to 1 lb of space for only 1/4 lb of rice hulls). I would expect the 15 gal system to easily exceed the 22 lbs max spec, which means you could do crazy high gravity split batches. The system is very enjoyable to brew on and extremely versatile.
I know this is a bit late, but did you get a chance to unbox and set it up yet? It is a really sleek system and very easy to use. The directions are probably the best I've ever seen on getting everything connected properly.

I’m planning on getting this kettle soon. Thinking about getting the 15 gal just to help with the grain amount worries
