This guy is a beast. One of the only current bodybuilders with a wow factor. His arms are super impressive. Like Phil Heath, not impressive with the training style in terms of entertainment like Ronnie Coleman, but it clearly works great for him. As long as he stays healthy, dude is going to be a serious contender at Olympia.
Also love how he interacts and explains what and why he does for training. Good stuff.

@@bigSwigsofGuinness You forgot about the other reason, You don't have the work ethic or discipline required either. Yes steds will help you get big ASF. But don't kid yourself. Elite bodybuilders train harder, longer, and more often than you ever will. (Yes because steds help them recover so they actually can.) But even if you could recover from it and grow you still wouldn't have the discipline and commitment. I say this as a natural powerlifter and Licensed Personal Trainer who has trained a few hundred clients at this point and who has trained with people who take steds and compete in bodybuilding and powerlifting. I speak from a place of someone who has seen how normal people train and how champions train. If you had that in you then you wouldn't be here hating on this guy for his personal choices that have nothing to do with you.

Not even fucking around, been following Nick among many others. And he genuinely has the potential to literally walk up on stage with the greats and dominate! He’s essentially the Dorian Yates of our generation. Pushing the envelope yet again with freaky mass and vascularity etc. almost no one on earth looks like Walker does right now.

Don't get me wrong I think nick is an awesome bodybuilder and has the potential to someday win the Olympia, but this year he can't beat Ramy, Hadi or Brandon.
I'd say top 5 this year( mr olympia)maybe higher but definitely a future mr olympia! But I think he will win the Arnold classic this year

So we have this dip machine at my gym, and been using it wrong entire time- we’ll sort of like a dip- looking at your movement nick it’s entirely different can’t wait to try this variation, looks like your doing a rope press down
