No one thought themmselves better the golf course than the Golden Bear, and Nick more or less has mastered this technique too in the gym. When his book comes out, The Iron Alchemist, it's probably going to contain not all but many of his secrets. I've been practicing iron alchemy at the gym for the past three months and I've added two inches to my calves already, and 2.5" to my quads. I feel like it's cheating because I hardly break a sweat. I haven't had to launder my work out clothes in over six weeks because they remain fresh from not really over exerting myself. I'm worried though I might get too big from this practice and none of my clothes are going to fit, which means having to head back to the Goodwill for larger threads. I hate going in there shopping for clothes because you have to sort through a lot of dingy clothes before you even find one good article worth trying on before you buy. Anyway, stay strong 💪 my friends and keep pumping the iron. 💪🇺🇸🏋️🙏

I can see sometimes how you’ll make subtle adjustments during a set or how you switch on at the start of a set. I think there could be some interest in this area but really happy with what your putting out. 👍

Nick is a huge inspiration to all us old salty dogs out there still pumping the iron. I'm remaining natural and still making gains at age 62. All I run is Wal Mart protein and a little creatine before and after a work out. Eat lots of chicken, green peas, and apple sauce though, which is arguably cheating because of the hormones they feed chickens. Stay strong Nick 🏋️🇺🇸💪
I stopped doing BB bench - just too stressful on my shoulders. With everything you can do with Dbs, cables, machines - why do BB bench when there is a pretty high risk of injury? Unless you are a competitive powerlifter, don't think it's worth doing them IMO. I would love to see a vid with your top holiday movie recommendations:) Keep crushing it Nick!

I don't think he's in there for very long. He spends most of his time probably mixing smoothie shakes, resting, and thinking. He's the Mike Mentzer of the modern era. Very cerebral which means I'm sure he's an avid reader / writer. When his first book comes out, I'm gonna order 8. One for my personal library, one for the local library, and six for the University of Notre Dame's library. 💪🇺🇸🏋️
