@@roaddirttv sure thing, thanks for making it right. And for the wind noise, you can look up how to reduce it with your respected editing software. Or the media mod for GoPro with an external mic works great too. Cheers!
Be sure to check out the HJC i10 Robust helmet that matches the blue/yellow of the bike, as well as the OneX USA Pro Race gloves. Perfect pairings for the XSR900! Links in the description.
To our knowledge, they were factory settings. We didn’t mess with the suspension settings prior to the track day. For the rider’s size and limited track experience, fore and aft settings were pretty well dialed.
Would’ve been a great video, but unfortunately, I agree with the comments that, adding the music ruined the video for me. Couldn’t even watch the rest of it.
We just love the look of the blue with yellow accents, like the old Christian Sarron GP bikes of the 80s. But agreed, on black, those gold wheels would pop.
Many track day outfits won’t allow helmet-mounted cameras out on track, and make you tether somehow your bike-mounted camera rig. I didn’t have a braided cable GoPro tether, so a guy at the track day gave me a few zip ties to fashion a looped tether they would approve. Looked silly, but it worked,
Good video marred by the inclusion of god awful music. I’d rather listen to wind noise even if you don’t have a good level on the exhaust. Trust me it make the difference between watching the video. No body want music on a video like this.

Enjoyed I have just bought a ‘23 thank you mate
Excellent! Good on ya!
Appreciate the video man, but people want to hear the bikes not the loud music blaring.
We can plainly hear the bike, and the music helps muffle the wind noise. Plus, we don’t think it’s very loud.
@@roaddirttv nah he’s right, too loud.
@@motowhit thanks for the feedback fellas. We’ll note that next time.

100%
come on man, background music on the track?!?
That exhaust is gigantic
That is what she said 🎉
Love mine, and getting to know it more and push it further each day! Would love to get on track at some point.
Very cool! It’s such a great bike.
Great bike for the North Georgia mountains
Love mine, get it in the legend blue it will grow on you.

Nice video! Can you share what camera you are using?
iPhone 11 for the intro and conclusion, GoPro Hero 9 for onboard, but you’d have to inquire of Raul Jerez of @highsidephoto for his still shots.
What settings did you use on you suspension clickers for the track? Judging by the tire wear, it looks like you tightened things up a fair bit.
To our knowledge, they were factory settings. We didn’t mess with the suspension settings prior to the track day. For the rider’s size and limited track experience, fore and aft settings were pretty well dialed.
Tempted to but one, how is the seat for comfort and suspension on bumpier roads
Like many modern retros and naked sports, the seat is kind of stiff. The suspension is adjustable, front and rear.
What is the helmet?
HJC i10 Robust.
Why were you just touring around on the track why were you just touring around on the track? Looks like you weren’t even revving it out?
Do better champ, I’m sure you could
Thanks for the great content. I am literally going insane waiting for mine to arrive.
It’ll be worth the wait, for sure!
I’ll second that! I’ve had mine for a couple of months 5000kms and it’s only getting better!
@@davebower2726 we’ve got this “test mule” until the end of Sept., and I’m riding the heck out of it, so fun to ride.
I recognize that track from gran turismo
Oh cool! Nothing like really riding it, however. Incredible feeling.
Can't even hear the bike on track with the music bro
We’ve learned our lesson, to not let background music overwhelm the bike’s sound.
Its wierd it didnt look real. Near the end it was like the bike was superimposed. My eyes arnt great thou. Haha
Haha, it was all definitely real, lol!
Thanks for watching!

I respect that, and we noted it for future vids.
I’m not one for gold, but I think the black with gold wheels would have been nice. If I could customize a seat….👍🤪🇨🇦

What's with the zip ties? Sorry, kinda of ignorant to this.

Noted. 👍🏻
Dude you need to push this bike on track and not babying it... worst track review I ever seen
Then just scroll past, Tigran, if you don’t like it. No need to be insulting.
