Parvati definitely seems to have an appreciation of metal music .
Parvati is definitely a music head, for sure! It's wonderful to see her smile so much ☺
@@sitnspin1819 her joy is radiant! 🥰❤️
Yea! And she seems to get it through the vibes! She did say it all looks and the words sound meaningless to her but she liked it. Not being from the west when I too listened to metal for the first time. All I understood was textures and sounds and the vibes. Music can truly be so awesome. Even today I mostly drown out the lyrics and not focus on it a lot to the overall soundscape it generates. I think parvati was talking about the same "vibe".
Yes! And Muharam too. It's funny cause one wouldn't think he would like it, he's so serious, but you can see him moving with the music. It's awesome.
@@aquabot I sure enjoy when they enjoy the music.
I absolutely loved the comment “I will tell you if I don’t like it or if it’s beyond my understanding.” That is such a sign of wisdom. It is not disapproval. It is knowing and acknowledging that tastes differ, that not understanding something doesn’t mean it’s bad. It shows the vast difference between appreciation and judgment.
We need this.
I wish there were more people like Abdul
yea the gramps (with all due respect; i would know his name) is really wise. and..
Agreed.
The tribal people are awesome..I love the raw honesty of their opinions
Best kind of opinion there is, no lie...
I agree ❤
The HU remembers a time when their people were feared. Greatness through unity, long ago but no longer. The HU want their people to remember this as well. Currently a people does not have to be feared to be great, as is demonstrated by the Tribal people of this series. You show greatness through understanding and compassion for others.
"Yuve Yuve Yu" is actually about this very topic! Lol
Hear hear!
Nothing special about the original rape and pillage motley crue who destroyed as they chose. Mongolian are cool though.
I met them 2 months ago
@@uwuloluwu I met them 1 month ago
Their song ‘Yuve yuve Yu’ is absolutely awesome to watch too.
yep, and video for this song is great, and less dark :)
My fav of their discography!
I prefer the Sad But True cover
the very next song I played after listening to this was yuve yuve YU 😅
Yeah, I was a little sad they didn't pick that one, but this is good too
The bird you hear at the end is most likely a falcon of some kind, falconry has great cultural and historical significance in mongolian culture
It's probably a Golden Eagle.
The bird is a Mongolian hunting eagle
@@lloydfancett3039 or as it is more commonly known a golden eagle
@@raveousone indeed it is. But I had a brainfart and could only remember the ritual claiming of the chick and the use. Could not for the life of me come up with the name.
😁👍So thanks, you rock.
"Garuda Bird" was the first thing to come to my mind personally lol
Their acceptance and humility is astonishing. They understand people and differences better than we do.
It's because no one tells them what to think.
@@Poodle_Gun Yet, they seem to have extreme instincts. The boy is adorable. I like them all very much.
Wardruna with Helvegen, it's a wonderful song, and the live version with Aurora is absolutely amazing.
The live version with Aurora gives me chills. It's like connecting with your ancestors.
OH YES!!!! @TRYBALS go watch it and see if you find it worth reacting to!
Yeaaah, up
Agreed!!
I second that! Soothing, exciting, atmospheric, spiritually intense! The song has all of that.
It makes me so happy that Haji Rind liked it!!
Also, this is the second time Muharam has mentioned that metal is soothing to him. Mashallah he truly has the metal spirit🤘 waiting to get out
That conversation about how your perception of Pakistan might be changed depending on which citizens you meet first, that was some deep philosophical stuff you touched on there. This channel is amazing, it has a completely different vibe from anything else I’m subscribed to. I feel like I’m going to learn a lot following you.
This. If I didn't see anyone commenting on this, I was going to stop lurking and actually comment myself.
This right here, folks, is how we can truly combat hatred: by learning to keep things in perspective and putting ourselves in each other's shoes, maintaining and actively practicing respect and empathy with open-mindedness. We need more of this mindfulness and awareness in the world today!
I'm so glad I stumbled on this channel today-i think I'll be watching more videos from here on the future.
@@alim9160 I've seen several videos from this channel now, they're all this good. You won't regret subscribing.
YES!
I paused the video after that really hoping id see a comment about that. Glad I didn't have to go too far! :)
I couldn't agree more :)
I saw The Hu in concert just a couple weeks back and you can feel the love they have for their fans in their performance. If any of you ever have the chance to see them, do it. You'll never regret it.
I just saw them in October. It was Awesome!
I would guess a concert for them would make your chest vibrate in that amazing way that some music does at concerts.
@@smode983 You're right on the money.

If you like the Hu, you have to check out Tengger Cavalry! Unfortunately the guy who started the band passed away a few years back.
"A Woman's Song" by The Hu with Lizzie Hale is also an amazing song and a tribute to mothers all over the world. Please take a listen and see if you think so.
Yes😃❤! Both the original and the Lizzie Hale version of "A Woman's Song" would be great. Plus, I think Mohammad would appreciate the songs slower pace😁.
The Hu are such a cool band.
If everyone enjoyed The Hu…they may like Heilung. They also use throat singing. I recommend In Maidjan from their LIFA show.
My favorite part of this channel - the channel creators and the tribals have a wider appreciation for things than most anyone in the world! There are plenty of us who like to try new things, but it is not the most common way to live. Praise to these kind people who have open minds!
complex stuff is made up of a gathering of simple things and that gets lost sadly this day and age -- good to be reminded of it by what seem to be simple people who are not as they enshrine what makes complex things work
I love how Abdul said, "It was more than I could absorb." Such a polite reaction. I bet Mohammed would love Bridge Over Troubled Water by Simon and Garfunkel (written by Paul Simon, sung by Art Garfunkel, with beautiful gospel-tinged piano). Speaking of gospel, I'd love to hear their reactions to some gospel music.
I would like to see their reaction to Christ Stapleton if they haven’t already. That would be wholesome to watch.
It is gonna feel like myself on the first time listening to The Hu. Speechless.
The Hu are fantastic. My favorite song is "Yuve Yuve Yu". That music video of that is AMAZING!!! So glad you got to watch them. :)
I would Love you to show them some Nightwish.
Its again something complete different.
The HU is Just awesome
They are really conquering the world with their music
"Georgia on My Mind" - Ray Charles - slow, major classic
Mildred Bailey's version is good too.
+1
Muharam had his whole world shattered after discovering heavy metal and I’m just so happy as a metal head to see someone so fully and genuinely enjoy metal. His amazingly kind words of praise to the bands I love is just so heartwarming.
This is awesome! I found the Hu a while ago and feel in love with their cultural introduction to the genre. So glad you found them as well! Rock on!!!
They should be introduced to Tool. It's got a spiritual connection that should be experienced by all.
And they also have a lot of Indian music influence
I second this. Tool is a spiritual experience..
I agree. The 'drum-cam' video of Danny Carey playing Pneuma blew my mind when I first saw it.
And the hundredth time I saw it too, tbh.
Yeah absolutely, it's a dense body of work though, any of the music videos could shatter these pristine minds, and there just aren't any decent live recordings far as I can see. 46n2 if only it had a video to go with it!
I was just about to say the same thing...I think they'd prefer to see the players playing, rather than a singular art-piece...I can't find any good vids either :/
I'm enjoying everyone's reactions to their experiences. It's pretty amazing how, even though we live in different countries and our cultures may be different, that we can appreciate that things like what you show them exist. I recall that you showed them Michael Jackson recently. How about the idea of showing them some music from Motown? Early Motown music is kind of slower paced and the vocals are clear to hear. Another performance that came to mind was Freddie Mercury and Montserrat Caballe singing opera together. Would be a great way to introduce them to Freddie. Thanks for all you do.
Slow Song recommendation: Somewhere over the Rainbow/It's a wonderful world sung by Israel Kamakawiwoʻole
I love that ❤️
Yes, yes, yes! I love Iz version but then I also love Louis Armstrong's What a Wonderful World. Nothing like the Great Satchmo. But then, Iz was an incredible man who made something entirely new by combining the classics.
I love being around people who can show me different perspectives on the things around me. That's why I enjoy this channel so much. It's like watching with friends who have a fresh take on everything, with no preconceived notions. They each bring something special to every video. Thank you for bringing us this content and for sharing these wonderful, interesting people with us.
Love that they are finding new music to listen to. As to wearing black, I would put that to Johnny Cash, whose nickname was the Man in Black. He also wrote a song by that title explaining why he always wore black. Some of his songs, like Folsom Prison Blues, pre-date Rock as a genre, but were still Rock songs. I think many other musicians carried on his tradition (many unknowingly), & that's why so many today use black in their videos. Many of his songs use just a guitar, & might be more preferred by the older gentlemen.
Black is the color we associate with bad or scary. We are often scared of the dark or what might be hiding in it. Think of the Black Night or the cowboys in black hats. People like Johnny Cash embraced being the bad guy. Rock music as we got to the age of metal continued the tradition. It's expressing the dark parts of ourselves.
@@kittygumdrop7442 I agree, and while I know this is what you meant, I think it's worth clarifying that metal isn't a _glorification_ of the darker parts of ourselves, but an *acceptance* of it. I think people viewing it as the former is part of why, even in countries where metal is popular, many assume metalheads to be aggressive or brooding by nature.
Metal isn't about forcing yourself to be 'darker', it's an expression of the darkness that's already there; most metalheads I've known love a good mosh pit but have never been in an actual fight in their life. They don't mosh because they are more aggressive by nature, but as an expression of the aggression we all feel sometimes.
The same goes for the stylistic elements like wearing black, it's not that most metalheads are 'more dark' by nature, or even that they're aiming to be more dark, they are simply expressing the darker elements that exist within us all.
@@TheCrash480 I absolutely agree. That's why I said it's an expression of those dark parts (though many do glorify it too). They wear it on their sleeve, so to speak, rather than trying to hide that it exists. Doesn't mean they're all bad or emotionally messed up. We all have anger, sadness, and fear at different times in our lives. Some times people just need to scream a bit. Maybe if people did a little more head banging, they'd scream at managers less often.
Absolutely loved these reactions 😍 tonight I heard The Hu for the first time and loved it immediately, I've just rampaged through RUclips watching everything I could find by them and am totally blown away.
May I suggest a song for Mohammad? It isn't metal but its has a calmness to it that he asked us for. The band is called ENIGMA and the song is "Return To Innocence".
Please play the official video as it tells a self explanatory story. It's on RUclips so you can check it out and see if you think it would be the right kind of thing.
Blessings to you hun, what you do is always and ever appreciated. 💖💖xx
I absolutely s econd this. It's such a beautiful song ❤️
That's a wonderful song! There's one by Enya that's kind of similar. I can't think of the same but I think he'd enjoy it too
Muharam was really getting into it!
I absolutely love the fact that these people are treating these new music styles with so much innocence and respect , it wins my heart ❤️ ...
This was such a great vid! They were sooo into this song, video and the HU's biker style. I was smiling and chuckling all the way through this. The guy in grey when he said he would listen to metal more than what he hears now made me say, "YES! That's my boy right there! hahaha". The smile on the woman's face and the guy in grey lightly headbanging was so cool and uplifting :)
The music was amazing, thank you for introducing me to this style. I will look it up now to enjoy some more. ❤️
I have followed The Hu since I found them on RUclips and they are very musical, since youth and individually have won awards in their country for traditional music and a couple teach in both throat singing and instruments. Good musicians, good band. It's good to listen to music from other cultures, whether traditional or more modern, or mixed.
This will also be my first exposure to this. Cheers to my brothers and sisters!
I still think that they should try out Sabaton. Power Metal and the discussion of history, mostly military history. You can then show Sabaton’s videos where they talk about the history of the music they make!
Sure, I'd like them to try everything but at the right time. You are most welcome to be a part of their journey :)
If your going to do Sabaton, I recommend their latest. "Christmas Truce", it is quite powerful.
Winged Hussars by Sabaton is also an amazing retelling of a historical event. The charge of the Polish Winged Hussars coming to save Vienna has been reused many times as a motif in movies, music and art. You could show them Sabatons song then show the calvary charge in Lord of the Rings which was inspired by this historical event.
My son's favorite metal band...because he also like WW history😄
@@TRYBALS It will be great the day they feel a Floorgasm (Nightwish band. Ghost Love Score). I'll wait for it patiently. Also you are doing a great job! I think you give them a proper and accurate info as a nice teacher. Keep that way!
I'd love to see them react to heilung, for example krigsgaldr, in maidjan or alfadhirhaiti, especially the live versions! I'd be interested to hear their opinion on ancient european tribal music
Traust, Othan or Norupo are better
There’re other variations of throat singing you can teach and let them watch once more. For example, Tuvan throat singing (the recommendation) and Altai throat singing. They are similarly share the same technique of voice producing, yet the difference are their instruments they do perform with. They probably will enjoy it, if they have a chance to listen.
Introduce them to eluveitie, it’s a folk metal band, “the call of the mountains” would be a good song with the Alps in the video
lol was just listening to that today
Maybe something off "Helvetios" or "Origins"?
Aw I forgot about those guys
I love the variety of experience and knowledge everyone brings to this. Knowing which bird call was in the song, recognizing the instruments… ❤️
The group Bloodywood also mixes elements of traditional Indian music with heavy metal in a really interesting way. I'd suggest the song "Jee Veerey" - it has a message I think you all might appreciate.
Yessss Bloodywood are so good! Did you see their new vid?
Thank you kindly sir, this was truly wild and amazing. Never expected to have somone from the trybals squad (especially the older guy) to chant along. Truly this is a Hunnu rock experience.
I've been waiting for this for SO long. And yo approeached it with strong intelligence. I am statisfied!
I enjoy getting to know you all ❤️🇦🇺
❤
I am SO GLAD you showed this to them! I suggested it a while back thinking that they’d probably appreciate it, as I do. I am in America, and they are in Pakistan, and yet we (mostly) enjoy the same music and joys in life. I think that is beautiful. This channel is beautiful. Bless you all, and may you all continue to grow and prosper. 💜
11:47 - The things Abdul said about it made my day. 👍
And seeing Moharam nodding along with the beat. That was very cool, too.
May I suggest Sound of Silence by Disturbed! It’s Heavy Metal and American Folk combo!
Ohh I'm so happy that Abdul liked the music! I got the feeling he didn't much care for Metallica, but this probably felt more familiar to him so he was able to get into it more, plus it's a beautiful and cool song. I don't expect him to get into hardcore metal or anything, but it's wonderful to me that he was able to find something he enjoyed in this type of music. :) I always think every genre of music has a band for everyone, it's just a matter of finding that band.
The elderly gentleman made smile when he recognized and pointed out their traditional instruments in the video.
As someone who loves historical culture, love it when others recognize items from the older world.
Have they listened to Nessum Dorma by Pavarotti? That music never fails to connect with people.
Always great to see people finding joy in listening to different types of music. Music is a truly universal language. I'd be curious to see you guys check out an Australian band called King Gizzard And The Lizard Wizard. They are very influenced by Turkish music and during the last few years play modified instruments that are tuned using microtonal scales in the same way as the Turkish instrument called the Baglama. They even tune their drums and synths to play using these scales. The combination of that with their Western music background is very interesting.
I love King Gizz! Their song 'Sleep Drifter' is up near the top of my favourites list.
This was such a great video! I saw The Hu in concert recently. They put on a fantastic show. Just like in this video the whole packed crowd moved their head chanting hu..hu..hu..hu.... All members of the Hu have wonderful musical talents. One loves the bassoon another's favorite is smooth jazz. And they all have pride in their country. So great to see their work transcend language and culture. 🧡
I love how open minded each one is! Especially the man who's engaging with the throat singing he's so precious
Muharam,
It filled my heart with joy to see you singing along. You are a true metal fan brother. I send you love and respect. 🤘
I love watching these videos. It's quite humbling to see the reactions of people who are not constantly exposed to media in the way we have become used to.
I have an idea for a video, if you would like. It would be great to see a reaction to the Olympic opening ceremonies of various countries, such as Beijing 2008, London 2012 etc. I know they are quite long but I feel like they are a great insight into a country's culture and history, as well as being quite spectacular!
Thank you for continuing to upload your inspiring videos!
For calmer music I could suggest Dimash Qudaibergen.
He can do traditional Kazakh songs ( with instruments:Qobyz/Kobyz and dombra . Or his more rock /pop or classical /opera type songs. He’s singing into the 7th octave now.
Depends on what you all like . I’m certain you’ll find a song of his they’ll like .
He plays 7 instruments and sings in 12 languages.
I don't know why but I think he'd like something like Patience by Guns & Roses
@@TRYBALS I love Guns and Roses ! Heck -we have time-we’ll do them all at some point !
I like the harder stuff with Dimash ( Durdaraz especially) but Kieli Mekin is good .
I’m looking in Asia and y’all looking here !
* which is cool bc music unites 😎
@@TRYBALS i wonder what they would think of altin gun (turkish psych rock band, very very good, funky chill sounds and very turkish in its scales)
Dimash - SOS
Right after watching this, I ordered The Hu's album, The Gereg. It got here today, and I'm playing it for the fourth time. The entire album is amazing. Thank you for sharing this music. I heard something for the first time. Thank you, again.
May I suggest 3 Italian singers? Very famous songs internationally
Luciano Pavarotti - Nessun Dorma 1994
Mario Del Monaco - un amore così grande 1976
Andrea Bocelli, Matteo Bocelli - fall on me
(Andrea was born partially blind, Matteo is his son) I hope you will like one of these songs🙏🙏🙏
This channel makes amazing content and the people are so genuine and nice.
Support them on Patreon for even just a few dollars if you can!
If you're looking for a slower song with an interesting sound, I think they'd really like Dead Can Dance's "Indus". It's almost trance-like and the vocals are stunning.
This is a wonderful, uplifting video. Thank you so much.
The Hu ROCK!!!
You should show them the HAKA!
I was lucky enough to see The Hu play a concert recently. It was an AMAZING show
I love watching their reactions to the music you provide for them. They're so open minded and very polite when they don't care for the song they've listened to.
I recommend What a Wonderful World, by Theory (of a Deadman). It's a cover of an older song but done so well.
Really enjoying watching these, and enjoying all of these great people. Also getting reminded of Batzorig's music through this channel has been great.
As far as music suggestions, I love anything Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong sing together - both some amazing voices I think they could enjoy. And a wide variety of slower songs to pick from for Mohammad especially.
Thanks for putting these all together! Thanks and prayers for you all!
I’m absolutely loving the metal that you’re showing them! Will you ever try rap? If so “Lose Yourself” is one of my personal favorites and one I think they could get a lot out of.
Parvati looking beautiful as always!
I enjoy how open everyone is to new things. I really enjoy their honesty.
In America we love this kind of music.
Something you might really want to check out is Gorkem Sen's incredibly unique instrument; the yaybahar. There's a few videos of him playing it and it's really an amazing thing to watch.
Great channel by the way. I normally don't care for "react" channels but you've made something that feels very authentic and personable.
I'd love to see these guys reacting to Scottish bag pipes/pipe bands, the traditional dancing and Highland games. This channel is so pure ❤
Excellent video! If you show them more music in the future, I would love to see them react to other exotic songs! I recommend to show them a band called Heilung, which also sings about the past and present of humanity. Their songs are inspired by the ancient germans, from around 300 AD, so their songs are also tribal in a way. I imagine your people might like Heilung's song called "Norupo" or if you want to be more provocative, try "Krigsgaldr". Krigsgaldr is a very serious but beautiful song about the destruction and suffering caused by war and fighting, and promotes peace with everyone, no matter where they come from.
I suggest 1) Heilung, 2) Nina Hagen, 3) Einsturzende Neubauten, or 4) Jefferson Airplane. That should give them a varied tastes of modern music.
Heilung is particularly a great suggestion because the singer Kai Uwe Faust was inspired by Tibetan throat singing, uses the technique and they love throat singing + Heilung also uses instruments like the ravanahatha in various songs which I think Abdul would like :)
Yes Heilung!
I think they might enjoy the videos that The HU are putting on their channel, where they're going into the band member's homes and music centers.
That's the great thing about Metal, it's so diverse and spans about every sound you can think of. It is all inclusive, it doesn't matter who you are, where you come from, or what your world views are, Metal is universal. Once it gets its hooks in you, you become a fan for life. Metal will always be the greatest genre in existence.
You should show them Heilung!
Are you gay
All I can say having watched a few videos from this group is that's a really interesting project and it highlights the fact that we're all human beings, wherever we come from, open to art, newness, even tech. It's great to see that people can open to everything no matter how far they are from a "norm" . Keep it up !
Our brother asked for slow songs. Two suggestions: Purple Rain by Prince and More than Words by Extreme (for something more soothing.) Both classics 😊
Seeing them reacting to different types of metal will be awsome, doom metal, speed, heavy, power, epic, neoclassic, each genre with so diverse inspirations, and sounds, but at the same time all with the same vibe, pretty cool experience
Maybe not black metal though might be too much.
@@ucitymetalhead y was thinking the same, but the way till that point it's too long, i'm not fan of black metal, allthrough, there are some bands that shine with own darkness 😂, let's see how this keeps going
@@TheBladeDiamond I am a fan especially of marduk and behemoth but they ain't ready though the thought of it amuses me.
I suggest having them listen to The Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd. All of the panelists seem to have an appreciation of musicianship, and goodness knows that album is a seminal example of that. Mohammad in mentioned towards the end how he would enjoy music that was slower, and Muharam mentioned both with The HU, and Metallica before that, that he found those bands to be soothing.
I look forward to your videos/content. Thank you for sharing, I feel love, compassion and honesty from your guests.
A band they would love is Heilung!
I would be curious of their impressions and reactions to Riverdance’s “Reel Around The Sun”. ❤️
They should listen to Wardruna or Heilung.
The Hu is another great band. Fun fact: their music is official Canon in the Star Wars universe. Their music can be heard in the video game Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order.
I see a lot of people suggesting Wardruna... I have to agree it would be a good idea (if you want them to continue reacting to heavier music) to use songs that have very deep folk influences, bands like Wardruna, Runar, Heilung, Solstafir, Garmarna etc.
The nice thing about The HU - Wolf Totem is that they do throat singing - which is kind of a precursor to growling.
I love this. Thank you for letting me experience this with you.
🤗
This is my go to song, when I need that fire, pump, tunnel vision/in the zone, state of mind, Determination to start my workout. It works soo well, especially if you suffer from analysis paralysis.
I think the Hu are great musicians and singers. The first time I heard them I was blown away with how unique and skilled they are. They are very professional and talented performers.
I had settled myself with a nice hot chocolate to enjoy the new video when i saw the notification and i found myself handbanging along with the music xD The power of metal! This was great, i love your idea of introducing them to the genre of music before having them listen another band that transforms it!
For a slow song, i think blues would be so wonderful ! maybe "Summertime" by Louis Armstrong and Ella Fitzgerald to introduce them to two giants of music or "I'm A Fool To Want You" by Billie Holiday for her distinctive voice! :D (
Talking about Ella Fitzgerald, there's a fantastic song she improvised during a concert in France as an answer to the crickets that had been singing very loud the entire time : ruclips.net/video/l42f-pvX5dY/видео.html it's so fun and to think she made it up on the spot! she was the greatest. )
I love this post. I love the people who are listening for giving it a fair shot and being so ready to step outside of their comfort zone, and sort of tour the world in music. They are genuine, open minded and very discerning. Thank you!!
Parvati looks amazing....
Your exemple about the guy at the airport and the cab driver with the songs/videos you show them is brilliant!
Thank you for explaining the darkness while also letting them know it doesn’t mean they are bad people. I love all the dark things in the world, but that’s just my way to cope with the horrors of our world. 🤷🏼♀️
I loved watching their reactions. It looks like the first gentleman, the one who felt like Metallica would relieve his headaches, and the woman who also reacted to HU and Metallica, are definitely my kind of people when it comes to music. They both get as excited as I do when I hear louder, heavier music. I wish I could meet them both. Maybe when our economy recovers, I will come meet them, and you. I like hearing all of their opinions, and it is exciting to hear their thoughts. Thanks for sharing this video!
it would be interesting to see them reacting to shibuzen songs
I think Muharam is my favourite in those reactions so far, he's so into it! :D I could see him rocking out on metal concerts among the metalheads!
They should react to either Wardruna or Heilung next. some scandinvavian viking folk lore music :D
I really enjoyed this. Thank you.
Country music! Old like Earnest Tubb, and Loretta Lynn,
newer like George Strait and Randy Travis, and even newer like Carrie Underwood and Luke Bryan.
Yes, I suggest the group Appalachistan, which combines American bluegrass music with Pakistani instruments.
Just discovered this channel today. Loving all the videos! Fascinating to see their reactions and interpretations! So enlightening.
I would love to see them react to The Sound of Silence performed live on Conan by Disturbed. (another Heavy Metal band doing a cover of a folk song by Paul Simon).
Good song suggestion but not that version. David Draiman was actually very ill during that performance and while he is still an amazing vocalist, I feel the official music video was better.
@@mokko759 I disagree. David's voice still sounds great in the live version and his performance is more intimate and haunting. The music video is beautiful, but the imagery distracts from the song itself. I suspect the Trybals cast would enjoy the live performance more.
My favorite memory is listening to The Hu in 2018 while driving 60mph through the Gobi in Land Rovers. Couldn't get enough of them and then I came back to Seattle in time for their concert. Love The Hu. Love these tribal people too.
I'd be interested to hear their opinions on Krigsgaldr by Heilung. The live LIFA performance preferably. You know, since we're going down the magnificent road of ethnic folk music.
I love this channel. I always learn things from the Trybals. They have knowledge I don't have, so it's always interesting. Thank you for your knowledge.
