i cannot stress this enough, if you are having trouble rewatch the video and follow it step by step, i do everything in a specific order because it is the only way. slow down the video if u have to.

My display option never appears in Nvidia control panel, I’ve had this issue since last year and I still haven’t found a solution to fix it even after watching yt vids on solutions to fix it but it still doesn’t appear for me 😔

@@pewpewnova3859 i would recommend doing everything in the range so you don’t to do anything while playing it should only take 30seconds then you’ll be set until you close Valorant completely

that’s weird it’s not supposed to do that mine stays stretched forever
i've done everything but i get black bars on both top and bottom and then sides
dont know if you'll see this buy try going into your monitors settings, there will usually be a setting in there to swap from aspect ratio to fill or something similar, try different settings if not, a similar setting is in the Nvidia control panel under "Adjust Desktop Size and Position" try setting it to "full screen" or "aspect ratio"

open nivdia control panel>adjust desktop size and position>set scaling mode to Full-Screen

Its pretty obvious you arent clicking the "keep changes" button as it full screens your game and has the box behind it, so you tab back to nvidia otherwise after 20 seconds it reverts.

I got everything to work up until the point of joining into a game.
I go into practice, set everything up, I get the true res I want but right when I start to load into a game, it goes back to black bars and not full screen.
How do I fix that? I followed this step by step, multiple times, it works, but when I join a game, breaks.
make sure your nvidia display is set to fullscreen in the nvidia control panel

same for me when i try and use 1440x1080
make sure your aspect ratio is on 1920x1080 windowed or else it give you black bars. but it should work in anymode!

try going into settings and changing limit fps to your correct fps. i think it does it to me to but my game isn’t actually on 60
