Hey Cliff, great video 👍. If you have to clean decorative curbing or planters curbing like the one you did in this video but it is right on top of healthy grass how would you go about cleaning it? Still 5% and a possible neutralizer?
Be careful spraying that hot around a flower bed. Definitely would need to water them down a lot before and after. A neutralizer is another fancy way of doing it. Agent halt or sodium thiosulfate will do the trick.

When you're cleaning a pool screening cage do you start on the inside or outside first and why thanks.
I soap Outside then inside (those 2 can be swapped) but I always rinse Outside 1st then inside 2nd because if you rinse inside 1st and rinse Outside 2nd you will push all the dirty water back inside that's already cleaned

Cliff, when wetting down the plants have you ever tried turning on the sprinkler system to wet down?
Nah cause that's on the home owner and lots of times the sprinklers are facing the grass.
Is the everflo 5500 5.5 gpm ok to run sh thru or do I need a different everpro?
Yes they work fine. Just gotta rinse it for a good 5 minutes with fresh water after you're done working.
What ball valve are you using? Also what is SH is it the best for a pool cage cleaner?
DN10 ball valve. Sh is liquid chlorine. Just get u some from anywhere
How many feet of hose do I need at minimum to do any house or gas station thanks
That's gonna depend on the house size. I keep 200ft on my hose reel. That's get 90% done
Cliff, great videos that are very informative, but can you tell me the name cleaning product you are using for the soft washing of the pool cage and screen? I am outside of Orlando and after 6 months my cage and screen looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years.

No it doesn't unless u do it incorrectly by blasting it with high pressure.
I've surface cleaned and soft wash Travertine. Both are fine.

I had wondered if you go out to the customer's location to give a quote. Make sense that you can do that from online when you can.
But I'm going to say elderly customers appreciate it more if you come out in person. That was a cool customer as well.
Yea I only go if their house is cover by trees or there's no pictures online. Or if they want random stuff done. I've gotten good enough to quote things by having the basic information.

Hey bro. Keep in mind I have an 8gpm so unless you have the same the tips will differ. But I use a 2550 soap tip. And the long range tip is a Davis shooter tip.

Congratulations on starting. I got an 8gpm j rod so unless you got a 8gpm pressure washer it will be different nozzles for you. But for the gun I use suttner 2605s and I have 1 gun with a 12inch wand and 1 gun with a 36inch wand

I went with the dn10 valve, set everything up correctly and when I crack the valve, it doesn’t seem to catch pressure. I’ve cracked it just a little bit, and fully open and just doesn’t seem to want to build pressure. I’m running a dewalt 3500psi setup for the time being, do you have any idea on what the issue could be? I’m trying to just run a ball valve setup and eliminate my wand. I see others doing it, but no one seems to respond to subscribers anymore lol. Any idea boss?

@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash I haven’t. I’ll make that my next step. I’ve noticed when I kink the line in my hand it will help it build pressure quick but as soon as I let it go it loses it. But if I put the wand on, no problems lol. Driving me nuts😂
Ever had any problems with cleaning the lanai enclosures? I cleaned one and pool deck this morning and not sure but I think it chipped a little of the paint. No pressure was used. Just a soft wash. My mix consists of 5 to 6%. Maybe to strong? I ended up talking to the owner and we came up to the conclusion that the paint is just old and washing away. Any Imput or problems with lanais? No problem with them at all. If paint is coming off that means it's oxidized. I was oxidized cages all the time bit a downstream mix and soft wash is what I do to wash all of them

Do you ever notice the paint coming off the aluminum? Would that just mean the mix is too hot?
No. But if it is its cause the cage is oxidized and the pressure hitting it makes it come off. Not the mix.

No if youre using 10% vs 12.5% your output will be just slightly different. But not by a huge margin. Were talking maybe 1% vs 1.25%

Thanks for the videos! I’m back in SWFL close to family and this region does like their homes cleaned. I’ve applied with a handful of pressure cleaning companies just to learn more before I go out on my own and make costly mistakes. I’ve done quite a few driveways, pool cages, decks, etc. But I want to take it further now and it appears I will have to learn on my own.
