Why does it rattle like a cheap piece of shit? No ceramic, hollow end links, hollow center links, stamped metal swing arms, stamped metal clasp, stamped metal dive extension. That was made in the 2000s! How the hell did they get away with making a cheap rattling piece of garbage like that?
Aluminum is better than ceramic for bezel inserts in what is supposed to be a dive/tool watch, and the SD has solid end links. Replacing the bracelet is quite easy anyway. This was the last generation of true Rolex tool watches, after this they started to cater way too much to the luxury “hey I got money” market. Tudor offers much better bang-for-buck these days.
The submariner is more popular, but this 16600 Sea-dweller is the most beautiful and well proportioned Rolex sports watch ever...

I have a larger 8.5 wrist. I found the submariner too small. I've never tried a SD on. Will this wear bigger?
It wears taller on the wrist and thus slightly bigger than the submariner
Try the new Sea-Dweller it's a 43mm case size, or the Deepsea which is even bigger.

The later models did have solid end links, but hollow center links. It's just how Rolexes were made at the time.
