Fun facts, a good 14060 fake is reaally hard to get while a 6digit fake is easy to get. So chances are that one wearing a genuine 14060 is high :)

This PATEK 5196 is a beautiful watch but i'd love to know how you felt in 20/21 when Rolex went through the roof? Did you regret not waiting? I have this Patek on my radar to buy after my Reverso Grande Reserve Q3018120. I hope you are well and still have these two great watches.

Produced for 10 years, last of the 40's and first of the ceramic bezel. Epitome of a masculine watch from Rolex. The larger lugs give more wrist presence as well.

If you are a gay the Speedmaster may not be the watch for you.

LOL In other words if someone is a noob (which many are to vintage). Just stay away from 5513/5512/14060 Submariners. Many 5513/5512 Subs in the market are over polished and VERY over priced over $12k for a shitty example with service dials and over polished that the spring bars stick out of the lug holes. The days of getting a decent vintage 5513/5512 for under $5K are long gone, and most good examples are in the hands of collectors. If you want a good vintage 5513 in honest condition. You will pay over $15k for sure. I mean does anyone really want to pay that much for an old watch? You can find a better vintage Sub Date pre-ceramic for a decent price. That's a noobs best bet, better built watches. Pre-ceramic Sub Dates came with sapphire crystals solid end links and COSC. It's difficult to see the condition online for some of these listings. Even the 14060's many have service dials and or service bezels. I say buy new or get a 43mm SeaDweller for $10k - $12K new/used on the grey market.

Go Hulk or go home.

In summary, buy the least gay watch.
