- On Day 1 of Operation London Bridge, the colossal nation-wide plan for the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the public express shock and sadness at the sudden loss of the Queen. Crowds gather at Buckingham Palace and official gun salutes are carried out in London at Hyde Park and HM Fortress The Tower of London.

Here in Canada we will also have an accession proclamation on Saturday. All our members of parliament, just like there, will need to gather to attest their alliance to the King. Hoping to get back to London next week to participate in the ceremonies.
