We begin our walk from Lambeth Bridge where we will take in some views of the Thames, including the headquarters of MI5 and MI6 before taking walk through the Victoria Tower Gardens to see the Buxton Memorial among others.
Next, we take a walk on Milbank alongside the Palace of Westminster and a little hidden gem called the Jewel Tower.
Then, we will take a walk around St. Margaret's Church and Westminster Abbey before ending at Parliament Square where we will see the likes of Sir Winston Churchill in bronze and where we will get a glimpse of Big Ben, albeit under scaffolding.
There's a lot to see, so let's start walking!

I just recently found this channel and have been binge-watching them the last few weeks. Thank you so much for these videos and continuing to upload. I live in the USA and have never had the chance to visit London. One day I hope to, but these tours are so amazing. The history and fun facts are phenomenal. Again, thank you so much for these.
Absolutely LOVING these videos! Binge watching them at the moment ahaha! Thank you for such great entertainment ❤️❤️
Glad you like them!

I just finished watching this video. I really appreciate all the history lessons. You teach us throughout the video. Telling us about the statues and busts and who they are and their relevance to England. I really appreciate watching all of your videos.
So pleased you enjoyed it ♥️
Hi Sinead,
I’ve learnt a lot about London over the years, but I never stop attempting to find out more. I always learn something from each of your videos, more especially from the history associated with some of the people commemorated in the many memorial’s which are all around us, although I’m sure I must have learnt it at some point.
There is so much to learn about London, its past and present, no one can ever claim to know it all.
We are glad you're enjoying the channel, John. If you know of anyone else who might also enjoy these videos, please share us with them. We would really appreciate that! Thank you.
Thanks so much for the tour! I enjoyed it very much! It is so nice to have someone teach us that knows the city that well, to guide us through with such detail and enthusiasm!!! I love London is an enriching and fascinating city, indeed! Be well, and don't stop filming and sharing with us; we are all eyes and ears to what you'll have for us!
My husband and I are coming back to London in September! I can't wait. Love from Arkansas 🙂
Come see us, Brandie!
I was born in London but I am so pleased you took me for a walk around Westminster and Lambeth Bridge. Too see my Hero Sir Winston Churchill. I was standing outside his house the night he died, at High Park Gate, I was living 10 mins away from there, now living in Sydney AUS.
So thank you. I enjoyed my walk. Take Care from Beryl 🙏🐨🦘🇦🇺
We are glad you liked this one, Beryl!

Hi from New Zealand! Great videos
Hello back to you from London. Thanks for watching! If you know of anyone else who might also enjoy these videos, please do share us with them. We would really appreciate that! Thank you.
A cold snowy weekend here in the Hudson Valley area of New York State. A good time to watch your videos and subscribing to your channel. Thank you for the wonderful tours of London. One day I’ll get over there.
Great video. I really enjoyed Charles I and Oliver Cromwell facing each other. Just one of those little quirks of London.
Great tour, from a fine guide. The Abbey is wonderful to see, I took a guided tour in '84 and went inside Westminster Cathedral, and a couple hours' later also went inside St. Paul's.
In '17 I was nearby but that tour concentrated on Buckingham palace, which I did not see in '84. I stayed at the Kensington Hilton in '84 and the Thistle Euston, a quainter hotel, in '17.
Both hotels were a short walk from the Underground but I did not use it, because in both cases I was in London during the height of the crowded tourist season.
I did not know the band Queen, which first hit fame when I entered high school in the 70's, played atop Buckingham palace. "Somebody to Love" was my favorite Queen song, also sung at the end of the movie "Happy Feet" by the late Brittany Murphy.
I have loved Britain's influence on music I have heard since I first saw the Beatles perform on Ed Sullivan in the 60's. The last British artist I have seen live, was Peter White, the instrumental smooth jazz guitarist known for his work with Al Stewart (Year of the Cat). The most influential British artist I've seen live was Phil Collins near San Francisco in '90, also seeing the Bee Gees at the same outdoor venue (Shoreline Mountain View) in '89 during their One tour.
Britain's music is the beat I have always felt during my two visits to London, more than three decades apart.
Thank you for sharing!
One fine day I will be hiring you when I am able to travel post Covid!! Fabulous videos. I am enjoying traveling virtually with you in the mean time!

Thank you so much for your videos. I am due to come to London this weekend as my partner & I are going on a river cruise for our first anniversary. Your video has inspired me to get off the underground at Green Park instead of Westminster & have a lovely walk to see Buckingham Palace, St James Palace & Clarence House & have a walk through St James Park & see Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament & Big Ben before we get on our boat for our cruise. We are also have tickets to go to Sky Garden. I have been to London a few times before but I always had someone to guide me around. Watching your videos have given me more confidence in getting around London & has helped me to plan our day out to include more. It will be especially nice as my partner has never been to London 😊 Thank you very much for your help.
Glad that we were able to inspire this. We have a self-guided tour of Westminster that you can find here freetoursbyfoot.com/self-guided-walking-tour-london/. There is an audio tour version as well but try and take a guided tour with us.

Another wonderful tour with Sinead! Thank you so much for your thorough coverage! My family will be traveling to London in 2022 so your tours are giving us excellent information which will enhance our visit. As a tea lover, I drink a lot of teas from Twinings and I really want to visit one of their stores. Is there a location that you would recommend? Are there tours available? I would also love to see more about Royal Albert Hall. Thanks!
Glad you are enjoying the videos, Vicki! And even more glad to hear you are coming our way! The original Twinings tea shop (founded in 1706) is still there on the Strand. You can purchase tea and they also usually have a few you can taste (COVID depending perhaps...) and a very small 'museum' in the back with some artifacts about their history.
One of our guides actually does a walking tour based around Tea! You can see a list of all of our tours on our page here: www.freetoursbyfoot.com/london-tours/
