    The $1,000.00 Mexican coin depicting the 17th-century scholar, nun and poet Sor Juana Ines de la Cruz A.K.A. "Juana de Asbaje", the inflation was rampant on those years 1988-1992, so the Mexican government decided to reduce the impact on the coins deleting 3 zeros to the coinage so the 1,000 become 1 New Peso because of the Reform of 1992 and then changed again to Pesos in 1996 to date.

      MEXICANWOLF The term for that is hyperinflation. This happens when inflation goes above 1000%. Also from 1992-1995 look for the 10 and 20 new peso coins. the center is sterling silver.

      MEXICANWOLF hey bud, I haven't forgotten about you. When I hit 300 subs I will enter your name twice if/when you enter. The 300 will be a random draw giveaway, not like how 200 subs was. :)

      Numismatix Coins It was very hot but great because it is slow season for them from April to July. If you like calm and quiet that's the time to go. I stayed in Cozumel which is a very peaceful island and diving capital. So if you like diving it would be a huge bonus.

    Would you want some state quarters and a 1945 penny? (made from recycled shells used in the war). I also have some Cayman Islands coins for swap to help with your north American collection.

      @NumismatixCoins  9 лет назад

      Thanks for the comment my friend! Cayman islands is part of Central America, which will be on the next vid :). I have all the State Quarters but I am looking for the "America the Beautiful" quarters and presidential dollars.. As well theres district quarters im as well looking for.
      A 1945 penny made from shell casings??? From where? Thanks man!

      Numismatix Coins The penny is from the US. All pennies from 1944-1946 were made from shells used in world war 2. I have Andrew Jackson President Dollar and Mount Rushmor coins for swap. The Cayman islands is technically North America. Central America technically does not exist.

    Can somebody tell me where to get an album like his?

    • @NumismatixCoins
      @NumismatixCoins  5 лет назад

      Yap Jin Hern the cardboard white things are called coin flips, you can buy them from your local coin shops or ebay. Same with the plastic pages. As for the album, you can use any binder really.

      Alex TV unfortunately not worth very much. When I was a kid I thought it was worth $1000 and even tried exchanging it at a bank for that value. Lol I suggest check ebay for what it goes for.
