Fire Staff Lessons Part 7

Moving right along in the staff lessons we go onto rotating the staff on the backs of the hands along with the forearm roll. The next lesson we will cover the neck pinch point, arm pinch point, and arm rolls. So much more to learn so stay tuned! Coming up is blowing up a 2 liter bottle with rocket fuel!
