This is amazing! I always struggled with cross collar from the back and its one of those submissions I never found a good instructional explaining the details of the angle you showed. So would a good rule be; if they fall to your "underhook side", go for cross choke, and "overhook" switch to bow and arrow?

Can you show one on your procedure to getting to the collar choke grips when people are so good at defending them? It seems like all the RUclips ones I see teach the first under neck wrench technique or the wrist control... is there something better or are these mainly the two things to fight for?
Thank you for all your content! Your attention to detail, articulation, and patience in explaining techniques is second to none!
great bow and arrow, i'm already tapping to the setup
Awesome detail and transition

Exactly! And you can force them to fall to the overhook side to reset your hips higher and have a stronger choke on the underhook side!

Would be cool to see you give a more detailed video about how to get the initial grips!
You have a really open and ego-free demeanor. Great instruction.
Thanks for this video. I love how and arrow but I tried this and hit it a couple times tonight. Great alternative when I can't get the B&A
