This literally helped me so much I never understood why it would never merge and no one would anwser my question when I asked about it cause I don't think they understood. Thank u so much.

Awesome! Yea, unfortunately in the VRC community everyone kinda just copies workflow without really understanding what they are doing. Really glad this helped! And thank you for watching.

Quick question, are the armatures case sensitive? Would that matter or would it still work without having to capitalize everything?

Yes, they are case sensitive. Some people will simply use Cats on both armature to match names but we are going to be working on using Blender without Cats for the most part. We will soon have a video going over what Cats does and how you can do it with blender instead. Which allows you to take advantage of the latest version of Blender and all it's features.

Amazing tut and wish I found this earlier because you explained things straight to the point and very concise! I learned from the damn furry tuts, which don't get me wrong, are very good but from socially awkward people who are pure crap at explaining stuff.
    Good shit! Subbed!

I gave my avatar new clothes, and since then, I've been stuck in VR just in a T-pose, unable to use my arms. What can I do to fix this?

i've been having a problem with where the pants moves but the legs dont. Also in the pants armature there are some things missing like fingers and i only have a thumb on it

also when i try to delete extra stuff like the butt bones in the pants it deletes the whole armature for the pants

This has to do with understanding how blender works and basics of editing the hierarchy. Have you watched any beginners tutorials with blender like the donut video?

do you happen to know how to fix a mesh issue when re importing and using liltoon shaders? there's like a big pink version of the model, i feel like it has something to do with the skinned mesh renderer component but i've no clue how to fix
EDIT: NVM figured it out, i had to select "Apply Transform" when exporting

Every single time i try to connect something it just crashes my blender, ive been through versions 2.93 all the way to 3.6, i know there is a compatibility issue past 3.3 and u cant even use it in 3.4+ but ive gone as far back to 2.93 and it still does the same thing. worse part is i get no crash log to see whats happening, was wondering if anyone or you would know a fix rn?
