@@thebananadiaries it worked great! I just blended 1 cup soaked cashews with 1 cup water for the heavy cream- so easy. I cooked my sugar too long so its more toffee taste but still delish!
Lol I just ruined 2 bags of sugar bc either it just turned to crystals or it turned into like hard candy… I also can’t keeps plants alive either lmao 🤣

I just kept on adding more water over time because the sugar kept on clumping up. I’m making it right now, I’ll let you know how it goes! Update: Absolute failure, ended up using another recipe.
This didn’t work for me either. Kept turning into crystals. Not the melted sauce. The sugar just would not dissolve. Stood at the stove for an hour trying several times. Moving onto another recipe…
