As a gay guy I can understand why many people wouldn't want to change their sexuality (regarding the second question), I've already been asked if I would take a pill to change my sexuality if there was one, and whilst perhaps at the beginning I would have considered doing so (coming out of the closet can be hard, yo), now my answer is invariably 'no'. The idea of changing a part of me that I am now proud of just seems wrong, and I imagine the same would apply to straight people. Plus, many people are alredy in relationships, perhaps even already have kids, and changing their sexuality would really mess up their lives.
(but of course, there are probably homophobic people who answered that answered that question too ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

Practically speaking regurgitating is probably the least viable (you'd be spewing concentrated hydrochloric acid in addition to mushed up food, which would probably damage your kids mouths). Socially speaking, the licking would probably be most likely to end up with you in some sort of court thing. I'd choose licking, on the basis that I can think of few worse physical experiences than being sick that I've had. But it's a close margin.

I mean if you think about it, choosing the body of the opposite sex would change your voice. Assuming the question doesn't mean going through hormone therapy and the numerous surgeries, if you were to wake up the next day in the body of the opposite sex then your voice would also change as your vocal cords are a part of your body. Going along with this assumption you could have both the voice and the body of the opposite sex because they are one in the same.
As a transman I would happily choose the body of the opposite sex without hesitation.

Personally, ii'm not to heavily set as a female, but would love to have a deeper voice. If for nothing else than the range. Females can work to change their body shapes, but males can easily change vocal range, so ii see where there'd be a pretty split line.

One thing I'm wondering about. By saying you have the same build as the opposite sex, does that mean you essentially have the same biology, even to the point of shorter/longer vocal cords and your voice changes as well? If that's the case, I'd probably go with the body, because I would embarrass the crap out of myself the other way, and the other way would make an interesting change assuming it wasn't permanent/people were on board with it.
