Guys i've had performance anxiety at only 16 i was really bad i did tons of research and i can assure you that you have to do just these things:
-stay away from porn (probably the biggest problem, if you're addicted to porn you'll need some months to see results)
-meditate regularly (helps you stay in the present moment without being anxious about girls)
-increase your testosterone, by working out almost daily, lift weight every other day and do HIIT like sprinting or boxing. Also diet is really important make sure to eat protein every meal and eat veggies for vitamins. Last tip to increase testosterone is compete, join like a tournament can be volley soccer boxing any sport is good it will help you trust me. And sleep 8 hrs+.
Believe me it was hard for me but now i overcame it and i'm 16. Good luck you all

I also had some moments like this. Most girls were cool with it, but it really gets into your head and the next time you want to have sex you automatically think „please get hard“ and with thoughts like this I promise it won’t work. I made the mistake with viagra myself. I told my ex gf about it when we started dating and she said „if it doesn’t work it doesn’t matter, even if it doesn’t work ten times, we just try again another day“. That really helped me. But now I’m single again and I will meet new women. My anxiety about this is back a little bit. If I would meet a girl that could be gf material it would be no problem, my problem is just casual hook ups. There you only have that one chance. But maybe I’m too much in my head and overthinking things. I should stop worrying about the future and just make new memories, good and bad

Wow I can relate to this so much. At the start of uni I thought I had something seriously wrong with me because of it. It started when I had my first time in freshers week and I barely got it up. But after that it happened again and again with other girls. I think it was like the sixth time where I had no problems and everything was normal.
I didn't realise alcohol was the thing causing it because I'd never tried sober. Every single time, I was drunk after a flat party or something.
But then I started using viagra so I could function drunk too. It worked and it felt like magic not needing to worry about being "too drunk to get it up" or having "whiskey dick" anymore.
After that though it became a huge crutch. I literally would hide a pill in my pocket when I went to a party so I could quickly swallow it when walking back home with a girl so it could have time to kick in😭
So many people do it aswell it's so common at uni. I know guys who smash it up and sniff it in the bathroom at flat parties bro it's crazy.
