Well, I don't expect them to ever like Finn as he has shown several times he is against whatever they want to do. And he does agree with Esther for correcting the problem she created of them being vampires. Heck, I would be surprised that maybe some of the times Michael and Esther caught up to them it wasn't thanks to Finn since he agreed with them being destroyed. I find it odd though that Finn stuck more to Esther maybe he is a mama's boy or Michael was just so unpleasant that he wasn't close with him and viewed Finn as equally to be an abomination as the rest so they weren't close. They should have gone more into his story. I don't think Esther and Michael were wrong for seeing the carnage started by their children but they were too dysfunctional when they were humans to know how to handle it better.
Given he tried to destroy his siblings more than once, I get why they treated him like that. Guess being dagger for 900 years can do that. It would have been interesting to see his initial daggering and why. I somehow doubt it was just for him being boring. I have always felt It was a bit of a missed opportunity during the Dahlia arc not having the whole Mikaelson family fighting together as one at least once.

@@larryforgy1702 My suspicion is that one of the Five told Klaus that Finn had betrayed the identity of the Originals to him in what would have been his first attempt to end their vampiric depradations (and really his first opportunity, since a) he hated Mikael as much as any of them and wouldn't have let them be killed by him, and b) if he knew that white oak stakes only work once he would know that it wouldn't end their threat), and perhaps Klaus even undaggered Finn and questioned him and redaggered him as a threat of the family once it was verified as true. Doesn't actually matter tho as Finn is completely right the entire Original family are monsters who deserved death and if they had a shred of decency they would have found a way to kill themselves.
Finn never got the support he needed from his family...his mother used him and he thought she was helping him so he sided with her otherwise he would have stuck with the siblings if they gave a damn care but they didn't, so no finn is like the way he is thanks to the siblings.

When he came back and the family had more pressing matters to deal with instead of helping his family he tried to force davina to put him into the body of a witch because he didn't want to be a vampire.
@@mikelaw9317 So he was forced to be a vampire??why not choosin being a witch and live the way Freya did??I mean, she's older than Finn but he could choose that path instead of turn into a vampire..just thinking, that's confusing, and other reason to hate Esther by forcing all her childrens instead of giving them an option,he should hate her but didn't,that has no logic

@@shudumutepe4768 He didn't tried getting his father to hunt them down back in Italy. The only thing we know about what Finn did in Italy, was falling in love with Sage.
Oh my gosh, I've forgotten (don't know how) just how ENTERTAINING Klaus's gleefully evil persona is. He's such a gem and well-rounded appealing character despite his flaws, and Joseph Morgan embodied him flawlessly. Honestly killing him off with no chance for return was such a mistake.
It was what the actors wanted
I don’t appreciate the way that they all pick on Finn like that
Finn destroyed fewer lives than his siblings but he's the bore? Poor guy.
Seriously, Finn didn't deserve being treated like that. Daggered for 900 years, abandonned and forgotten by his family. It's normal he hated them. Besides, they all talk like they were good people and he was the bad guy while it's actually the opposite. He is the more human of the Mikaelson (with Freya).
He threw their homeostasis out of balance. Which I guess is why fans also hate him so much-keeping a homeostasis is more important than everything else, no matter how much damage it causes. 🤪
bro, they didn't even have to violate Finn like that repeatedly
01:42 this one made me laugh so hard even marcel is more of a mikaelson than Finn 😂😂
I dunno why, but amount of joy I get from Marcel roasting Finn despite the fact he's 9 times younger than Finn is Immense.
Every time I close my eyes, I go back to that black horizon, that place where I was abandoned and forgotten by my own family. So, yeah, I came out mad. And I remain so.
~ Finn to Elijah
I love how finn and kol eventually ended up in thier original vampire bodies even ester was brought back in her original body 😂😂😂
lol
I love how
Almost all of them are Kol
finn was daggered for 900 years its very normal for anyone to be cranky
Atleast Freya still loved him and showed concern.
Kol. Even the way you fight is boring
Freya. looks at Finn like he’s not wrong
Respect the older siblings ✊
Unless they are a terrible bore 😂
Nah Finn didn’t deserve what he got. Yea he hated being a vampire and whatnot but what they did to him smh :/
I love Daniel Sherman 's version of Kol. The actor who played the original Finn quit acting after season 3 of the original.
I don't think Finn ever cared for his siblings as much as he cared for Freya growing up. He must have shown this to them many times when they were kids so that could also be why they show him such disdain, even when they were human.
It's possible that he distanced himself from them after loosing Freya because he didn't want to hurt if he lost anyone else.
@@bexielle2699 it backfired on him, no connection to the family. And when everyone took out their daggers, no one wanted to release him.
@@nadiadare7226 which is kinda unfair given that they could forgive Klaus every time he does something but can’t do the same to Finn just cause he remains distant and minds his own business.
@@Tooba-K123 Yes it is. Perhaps it's about emotional involvement? With Klaus there are bad moments and good moments, a lot and very emotional, but with Finn... nothing. I don’t remember exactly, but it seems that even in the memories of human life it was almost absent. Just like Kol. Well, Kol is closer to Klaus. At least once, one of the siblings might have draw a dagger, if only to piss off Klaus or something. But apparently for them it was not worth it.
I still think it's a bad script. Stupid reason not to release it just because it's too... boring? According to the official version. He didn't want to contact Michael, did he? There must be something else. Or a bunch of little things that accumulated and at that moment they all did not want to take out the dagger, wanting to postpone the problems with Finn. And then, every time they thought about releasing him, something happened and everything was delayed until there was a moment when he lay too long and they were too ashamed to let him go? Haha, I'm just imagining.

Idc what anyone says Finn deserved better.
Point blank.
They call him a bore with so much seriousness it's so funny 😂😂
Poor Finn his siblings were such hypocrites
I feel bad for him, Freya was the only one who loved him out his siblings and he was the one who loved her the most out all of them...
Never made sense to me why Elijah didn't treat Finn better /shrug
Why else, He murdered Kol, He tried to kill him and his whole family, and he tried to kill Hope. Finn being mistreated is well deserved.

They were such arseholes to Finn. Kol used to be my favourite from tvd (I refused to watch Originals) but watching this makes Finn my new favourite.
I like Kol because he was actually smart , unfortunately like Kol he gets shat on by the characters constantly.

Same, im on season 3
To be fair they both have reason to dislike each other Finn was daggered for 900 years and missed out on being with the love of his life because of it. And he tried kill them all, along with his mother on TVD.
Do we actually know why Finn was daggered in the first place? Cuz we know why Kol was because he was drawing to much attention to them with his killing sprees.
He was daggered by the original brotherhood of the five and kept like that because his siblings saw him as a “bore” and a “dullard”.

No one wonder Finn wanted to kill them, aside from the fact they were mass murdering monsters they were just in general massive assholes.
Finn was kept in the coffin for the simply crime of being a “bore”.
It’s such a shame he was portrayed as nothing more then a melodramatic whiny mama’s boy.
finn didn’t deserve that though, being daggered for 900 years and to be conscious and not being able to control your body over time sounds like hell, i think it’s very valid that he wanted to kill them.
right
Freya : So you chosen death!!
I love Finn I think he’s misunderstood
I think he's understood just fine and that's why everyone hates him 🤣
Agreed. I hate his actions but I get where Finn was coming from. I mean, it is understandable that he had a distain for his nature since he loved being a witch (which is normal since we have seen with Bonnie her mom, that she also hated it since a connection with the nature was cut off). Above all, he didn't have much time adjusting, since they kept him so long in a box. It is quite logical that you wake up after 900 years and starts to loath his siblings for their actions. If they had him undaggered and let him show the positive and beautiful things he could have done as a vampire, then he wouldn't have turned this way.
@@WileeCoyote1516 "Everyone"? Nah. I don't hate Finn at all. In fact, he's easier to understand than most his siblings.

@@thomasraines1396 Right and its not until literally Finn's final death episode they say anything about the idea they freed him repeatedly, presumably because the writers know the fans identify with the Originals and want to excuse everything they do and since we just found out that over the course of centuries Finn had regained consciousness but not control of his body and so was actively undergoing torture they threw that line in. Of course if we want to sort of invent continuity here we could say that Elijah was once again just being an insane, delusional person whose memories are super unreliable.

Lucien had me crying
Given he tried to destroy his siblings more than once, I get why they treated him like that. Guess being dagger for 900 years can do that. It would have been interesting to see his initial daggering and why. I somehow doubt it was just for him being boring. I have always felt It was a bit of a missed opportunity during the Dahlia arc not having the whole Mikaelson family fighting together as one at least once.
The Brotherhood of the five daggered the siblings Klaus was immune because he was a hybrid Klaus then undaggered all his siblings except Finn because he was boring he kept Finn in the box for 900 years straight Elijah Kol and Rebekka were daggered several times on and of but were always undaggered after about 100 years because Klaus enjoyed them
@@larryforgy1702 Forgot about that, still seems a bit too much
@@larryforgy1702 My suspicion is that one of the Five told Klaus that Finn had betrayed the identity of the Originals to him in what would have been his first attempt to end their vampiric depradations (and really his first opportunity, since a) he hated Mikael as much as any of them and wouldn't have let them be killed by him, and b) if he knew that white oak stakes only work once he would know that it wouldn't end their threat), and perhaps Klaus even undaggered Finn and questioned him and redaggered him as a threat of the family once it was verified as true. Doesn't actually matter tho as Finn is completely right the entire Original family are monsters who deserved death and if they had a shred of decency they would have found a way to kill themselves.

They speak about him like he was daggered continuously for 900 years.
It would make more sense to me that they would try to undagger him every few hundred years or so but he'd try to kill himself or lure in Mikael so they'd just dagger him again.
The only time the notion of him being daggered for 9 centuries is challenged is the hand wavy line Elijah throws out in the episode where he dies again, prior to that he’s talked about as if it was a full 9 centuries also he is never shown or mentioned as being awake in any of the flashbacks.
