    Pull-ups
    Front squats
    On the 10:00
    21-15-9 reps for time of:
    Toes-to-bars
    Hang power cleans
    On the 20:00
    3 rounds for time of:
    10 bar-facing burpees
    10 thrusters
    ♀ 65 lb
    ♂ 95 lb
    Times: 5:48, 4:53, 3:30
    Instantly saw 1-10 and knew I was game. Then saw it had three different workouts with built in rests and I was all in. Super cool workout with different elements/challenges in each couplet. The first one was just a pull-up workout for me, going strict hurt here. Haven’t squatted in a while since hurting knee on beach so this was a good light weight to get back into it. Managed to beat my goal on the fist one despite the pullups disappearingon the set of 9. Second section was all grip, hurt myself by going too big out of the gate but it’s hard not to with a rest before each section. The hang cleans were brutal and I felt the bar slipping out after only a few reps each time. Was hoping to finish sub 5 and just barely did. The final one is all about pain. Thought I’d easily go unbroken on thrusters and was reminded of the fatigue in the legs and shoulders immediately. Not great burpees but kept moving and two rests later the workout was done. Was hoping for sub 3 but not possible with those rests. Fun wokout. Give this one a go!
