Tony, great video. I'm in the process of installing an outdoor unit. The instructions call for a disconnect near the unit. I noticed yours is plugged into a wall outlet. I want to do the same but do you now if that's approved by Southern California code. I live in Hesperia, Ca. thanks

Could you tell me if an electric heater needs a pressure release valve?

You forgot to vent it, and what about the condensate drain and relief valve?

I recently had the AT KJr3U OS N installed outside on the backside of my small house. Is there some sort of cosmetic/protective covering made to cover the hanging pipes?

What’s very important is to use at least a 1080p camera

I had 2 installed in my building in the year 2001 by a licensed plumber, Rinnai 188,000 btu units and they never gave me a single problem for 20 years then all of a sudden both crapped out within a few days of each other, replaced both units myself and used Rinnai once again, 20 years is a long time
