    this was very insightful. Could you do these same patterns with more complex sentences? Sentences that have more modifiers, compound sentences, and subjects.

    I don't think that pattern#5 doesn't exist since linking verbs does not need noun coming after but adjective coming after fine. Do you agree?

      Yes, it exists... example: My uncle remained a bachelor
