  • Wonderful off-grid farm sited on a plot of 16,650m2 with no near neighbours, located not far from the town of Seixo da Beira, Oliveira do Hospital.
    This property enjoys excellent views of the surrounding countryside and the the distant Caramulo and Serra da Estrela mountain ranges. There are no near neighbours yet the property is just 5 minutes from the town of Seixo da Beira.
    The spacious 3 bedroom detached bungalow was constructed in 2007 and has a detached garage/store room and an annex that houses the bottled gas, hot water cylinder (heated by the wood burner back boiler), water filters/pressure vessel, storage batteries and generators. There is a large water tank to the rear that is used for swimming and cooling off in the summer months.

The en-suite master bedroom is to the left and has fitted wardrobes and great views towards the north. The en-suite, fully tiled bathroom has a bath, shower, W.C., basin and a washing machine.
    Off the lounge area is a wide corridor full of natural light from the large double glazed windows. The first door opens onto a second bathroom with walk in shower, W.C. and basin with vanity base unit. The next door along the corridor is the second double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and nice southerly views. At the end of the corridor is the 3rd double bedroom, again with fitted wardrobes, and good quality ceramic floor tiles that you will find throughout the property.
    Exterior:
    To the rear of the bungalow, facing south, are the solar panels some of which are fixed whilst others track the sun. These are linked to the annex. The detached garage/store room is off the front driveway to the left as you enter the property. At the rear is a large terrace accessible from the double doors in the lounge. Part of the terrace has shade making it a great place to eat alfresco and take in those great views. Down the steps into the garden is a second tiled area with a stone surround dwarf wall that is another great place where one can relax.
    This new to the Internet property is a real stunner sited in a great location. It would suit a family looking for privacy, in beautiful area and who might want to work the land, or create a business where people can relax in pure nature! The skiing resort of Serra da Estrela is just 60 minutes away.

      The website is listed at the end of the video, but, as someone looking to purchase in next 3 months i would like to know if I'm looking at something within my price range. My time is precious & i dont want to have to search for a price. Nice website but i think you are missing a trick in not publishing the price on here.
