Forget about Portugal. Not worth anyone’s time unless they are absolutely loaded. Spain, Italy, Greece along with Eastern Europe. These are the places where they are affordable and in these countries in various areas they actively promote their properties for foreign buyers. Particularly if you can build a small business. A lot of the areas of aforementioned countries want you there. Portugal is a dead loss. Sad but true

The new rules in Greece mean that even people settled there under FIP will have to sell up and come home. At the moment, PT is one of the more affordable countries.

The properties I have been looking at are still reasonable, this one is overpriced by about 80,000 to 100,000 Euros. No one will buy it at this price.
