    These are perfect and I have the 3-wheel set. Your presentation is PERFECT. They do have a newer version with thicker foam and a groove through the center that accomodates your spine better. Thank you so much for sharing this, these are definitely a "back-saver"! Thumbs UP, excellent demonstration of how to use it.

    I just bought this and you do make it look easy, lol. Im on the heavier side so i was having an issue with my body weight being too much for my back while using the wheel. However after your suggestion of having my feet closer to my butt, it helped a lot to help lift some of my weight off my back while rolling. I also have my feet spread more so i also have more balance since being heavier causes the wheel to wobble side to side a little if your feet are too close together.

    Great video. I’ve been dealing painful upper, middle and lower back. I’ve been seeing a chiropractor every week. I’ve also been working on my posture because sitting at a desk at work in front of my computer has put a lot strain on my neck, shoulders and back. It’s more like forward head posture and text neck from using cell phones and computers. I enjoy watching a young man here on RUclips who explains and demonstrates a lot on these issues. His channel name is motivationaldoc. Thanks for sharing this video.👍🏾

    • @josephstarks3008
      @josephstarks3008 3 года назад

      You get a better stretch when it's smaller. A tire could work but the smaller size puts more pressure on the spine to crack it. The really small one cracked my back immediately after using the larger one to crack my back.

      That's a great question...I wondered the same thing when I first got it. In fact I went a little crazy with it and did it for a long time but was super sore the next day. the best way I like to use it is 2-3 minutes in the AM and 4-5 min in the evening before bed or as needed just for a few minutes if I'm tight during the day. Some days I just do it in the evening and call it good. Hope that helps!

    • @ernied2737
      @ernied2737 6 лет назад

      My two cents, if you have back issues, be careful with all home remedies/excercises. You can cause more damage if not careful. I'm looking at this wheel too. I have back issues and I use the large Yoga ball and the Foam Roller (color-green, lol) to stretch my back out after walks or just during the day when I feel tight. The ball and foam roller offer less severe angles, easy to control beneath you. If you have balance issues, you can slide off either in a pinch. This Plexus looks interesting but seems you need good balance to get started. For older folks like me, I'd take it easy with it but I may still try one. I'm pretty good on the large ball and the foam roller, so wheel may be my next go to. Ms. Green good video here, she has good flexibility. May be difficult for some who don't. peace, e.
