These wheels are great. My husband and I both use them for back, hip, shoulder and neck issues. I have gifted a set to my son and his wife who have back issues.
As a runner who is training for a marathon, these foam rollers ruclips.net/user/postUgkx9XSsjzA4f84VmhBCHlyhec7XILIxennL are really good for sore and tight muscles. This one is a good size (mine is the purple, 36 inches) not too big but big enough to work and roll both my legs at the same time - I took a photo holding the roller next to me just to provide a better representation of its size. I noticed some reviewers who complained that this is, “just a foam noodle”… and yes, that’s exactly what it is. It’s a high density foam roller. It is absolutely NOT the same consistency/strength/durability/ or texture as a ‘pool noodle’ thought and I disagree entirely with those that say so. As a former collegiate athlete and marathon runner, I’m comfortably giving this roller 5 stars. It’s lightweight and durable and does just what I need it to do at a budget-friendly price. Overall, I have no complaints and am happy with it!
If you can't afford the $100, just stuff two tennis balls into a sock, tie a knot that keeps them in there tight, then roll on them one ball on each side of your spine. Voila! I've been doing it for years and it works like a charm.
I’ve had the 3 wheel combo for about a week now and love them. Typically my back is tight right along both sides of my spine and I am in a mild to moderate amount of pain. The fist day I used this my back immediately felt better. I was shocked and I am so happy I purchased it.
I actually do love this wheel. I purchased the whole set. I’ll admit I don’t use it as often as I should. When I know I’m traveling home for an extended period of time, as a light packer, I have room for the small one in my bag pack. I was involved in a car accident a few years ago which herniated my discs in my neck and back. I’m not saying this will fix that, but it sure does feel good. My only grievance is that it slides so I’ll usually use it without my shirt on. Wearing shorts are annoying because it doesn’t help with the sliding. I’d imagine women would have less of this issue as many of them wear leggings. Men wear shorts so it’ll slide often.
I bought just a 6" wheel because I felt my partner needed the "deeper" stretch. I got lucky in that it appears there are more stretches you can do with the small wheel? So some feedback - it would have been nice to have a breakdown of at least the number of different exercises you can do with the various sized wheels; that may have driven me to purchase all 3.
Thanks for the feedback! We always try to recommend the 3-wheel pack because it really does give you all the options to get just the stretch you need! People just don't believe us. ;)
Chirp refers to the 6" wheel as the "deep tissue" wheel. I ordered the 3-wheel combo yesterday. I look forward to working my spine but deep tissue therapy would be great also. Yes, that's me sitting at my desk. I need help!
I ordered the 3 pack today, I cannot wait to surprise my wife with this. I bought her an inversion table 3 months ago and it helped a bit, I am looking forward to receiving this! Thanks 🙏 Edit: when do you expect this to ship? I paid the 9.99$ extra for priority shipping. Thanks, Roy
@@tessaperigo496 thanks! Mine arrived today and my wife loves the wheels! They have already helped her more than her inversion table! Thanks so much and I will be writing a review very soon. 👍
Glad you got them! My husband and I love them, use them daily in order large, medium, small. First few uses we were sore, but pushed through it, kept using them and we feel so much better. My back has been messed up after having our 3 children, and my husband has poor posture from a previous injury of crushed vertebrae. The wheels are helping us so much. I love how they can help different problems.
@@tessaperigo496 My oldest Son tried them and wow he loved them! My wife is probably overusing them but I am happy that I finally found something that works! Thanks for the encouragement I hope that you and your family stay healthy, It is not often that someone is kind enough to reply to my messages but it means a lot (You must be a Texan) haha, just kidding but you are so friendly.
Chirp, you need to make a series of specific focus area videos. For example, 90%of my issues are my upper back. Very locked up where rolling(even with the chirp wheel) doesn't free it up. I'd like to know if there is more than just the standard rolling that could be tried here.
@@Chirp great product btw. I let a lot of people try it, including my physio group and all have been impressed by the depth they can get compared to a regular roller
I bought the 6in wheel didn't know I have to wait a month ago in waiting and watching vids. But do I have to buy others can I be give with the 6in do I need the classic or bigger
which size is good for the neck and shoulder joints pain, I don't have lower back pain, mostly pain areas are middle of shoulder plates and neck head joint. So which size would be good for me. Does the crack sound come for the neck one also?
I got the three pack about a year and a half ago and I use the small one on my back every night and the medium or large every morning. I weigh about 140lbs but my small wheel is starting to break. Am I doing something wrong with it or did I get a weak/defective wheel?
You definitely got a defective wheel, we are so sorry about that. If you DM/PM us on social media or contact our customer experience team, we would love to help you out!
Oh no! Hopefully you've received your wheels at this point! However, if you haven't, please reach out to our customer service team! You can chat with them on our website, or send them an email at support@gochirp.com
So I go to place the order after being offered $99 plus free shipping. You charge me $4.95 for order protection then another $10 for shipping? Already a red flag not to order!
Did your wife say, "then say that hoe had to go, really!! I'm pregnant and...!" Is she? Was SHE the hottie red haired Betty from your other video, that video was soo funny. Also, I love this wheel!
You can't get the Chirp wheel with the spinal column for that. And after using it, that makes a HUGE difference. Chirp is the only one I could find that has a column to allow room for your spine. Otherwise too much pressure directly on your spine, it's not comfortable. Chirp all the way!
I don't find their patented spinal column grove helps much. It seems too shallow and ineffective for me (my experience). I can't even tell if I am aligned properly in it. I have to actually feel with my hands to try to align it up and I don't feel any different stretch than the cheaper ones (no grove) on Amazon). I actually prefer my foam rollers these more narrow wheels. Everyone is different... but to see if it is just marketing BS... see if you can borrow someones wheel and give it a try before shelling out this kind of $$$$.

You do a great job, Brian - friendly, clear, and you show us easy ways to work with the Chirp wheels. Thanks!
Neck pain is gone, that 6” wheel is my favorite of the three I have.
Yes! So glad to hear!
I agree but people are doing themselves a disservice by only getting one tho!
Im really struggling with neck pain. Is this the only stretch you use for neck pain with the wheel?
Just got mine second hand and just like new. Thanks for the CHIRP, they do work and now with these videos I am learning how to use them correctly. TY

WONDERFUL NEWS! Thanks for sharing :)
Lol “you have to use the 6 inch because it’s there only one that will fit... unless you’re a giraffe. In which case you can use any wheel.”
This sitting one is a good quickie stretch. Helps you learn to sit up straighter! Thanks and keep the ideas coming!

Where is she??
