It's funny because i started with a 5 dollars for a pair racket to a better pair and a yonex pair and a kumpoo to a another Yonex Voltric 80 and now a Nanoflare 1000 play🎉
Hey man , you're content is done to such a high standard and really hope the videos keep on coming ! I am deciding to choose between the astrox 77 tour and pro , do you think there will be minimal difference like you've seen in the 1000 series ?
Hi bro for an intermediate player who play doubles which rackets is better. I love playing net shots and service is my best weapon. I was considering astrox 88s tour, arcsaber 11 tour or nanoflare 1000 game
Hey, just a quick question, is nanoflare 1000 gragile? Because ive been seeing a lot of reviews that with just a small hit. It breaks or if the shuttle does not hit the sweetspot.
I've definitely heard the same as well. I don't play too much doubles so don't often clash with others but at high tensions, i have yet to break the racket from a mishit. Sometimes that can happen on any racket if the weight distribution of the strings is uneven from unequal knots, etc.
some feels 1000z is like a mixture of NF700 and NF800, some even feels NF800 is more worthy if compared in price, may I know if it is a good idea that I choose 1000 tour instead NF800 or Nf700 as my first NF series racket.
The 1000 Tour will definitely still have a different feel than the NF700 and the NF800 since it has the wide frame. But personally I feel like the 1000Z or Tour are more versatile since for example the NF800 is not so suitable for singles in my opinion
well it depends if you want a good defense racket, a good offence racket, or a little bit of both, I could quite say that nanoflare 1000 play is a good option, although youll have to add around 1000 pesos more (around 5k price). but a 4k racket is good already, there are some yonex rackets out there that you could pick, just don't be afraid to ask the sellers what you want, as they could help you better.
Hi Howard, amazing video. I'm looking for a badminton racket to transition into from tennis, 4.0-4.5 usta level (intermediate). Can you recommend a badminton racket that is prolly a 4U, fast (headlight), low vibration with some power in it? Thank you Howard.
If you are looking for something headlight, I would go with somethign from the Nanoflare series. I would say the Nanoflare 800 could be a good fit for you. If you are want the top of the line then go with the Nanoflare 800 Pro, but since you are just making the transition, I would say the Nanoflare 800 Tour would be a good starting point. Hope that helps!
I personally think that the astrox 100z might be easier to hit a defensive clear because the Nanoflare 1000z has the smaller aero frame which makes it tougher to control. But again, it's all up to personal preference
I'm using arcsaber 11 play , i like the feeling just that it feels like less solid, may i know would it feel the same too for this play version ? If yes, would you recommend any other racket that are from the same price range but feels more solid?
Yes I would say that it’s pretty similar for the Nanoflare 1000 Play series also. I think the Game series is an upgrade that is pretty worth it because you already get the energy boost cap and you can tell overall just a more solid racket.
@@quangminhang9684Pretty sure he said that because you were asking for other rackets that he recommends that are from the same price range, but feels more solid. So he recommended you the game version
Arcsaber 7/11 play vs Nanoflare 800/1000 play, which one would you recommend to a beginner player? I would say he is good with drives, drops but struggle with clear and smash. Then does it change anything or he should try Astrox instead for power.
if he is having trouble with his clears and smashes, I would not recommend nanoflare series since those are more headlight and less followthrough for overhead shots. I would say give the Arc Saber 11 play or the Astrox Nextage a try!
They are both great rackets in the same tier from Yonex. Although still an overall headlight racket, the 1000 game might be a little head heavier than the 800 game so it really comes down to what type of feeling or balance you are going for. Hope that helps!
@@eivan1767 I think quality wise, they are both pretty similar. But it depends if you prefer a racket more designed for control (Arc Saber 11) or head light series and faster swing (Nanoflare 1000)
depends on your playstyle: if you prefer control and precision, go for the nanoflare 1000 game. If you play with power or prefer head heavy rackets, go for the astrox 100 game. As always it depends on your preferences in a racket: I recently bought an astrox 6 and found it was more even balanced than head heavy, and it isnt really to my liking but still decent to play with
@@AnkitSingh-yq7kc i have not tried it, but you can have a look at yonex's racket matrix which charts all of their rackets according to stiffness and weight distribution
Yes, for now they told me that the Tour, Game and Play versions should be coming factory strung. The Tour might be eventually unstrung also since it’s considered a higher end model
They are both considered "Extra Stiff" profile but because of the higher grade metal compositions in the Z, I think the Z might be just an edge stiffer which is why it is able to generate the fastest world record smash
What will you recommend out of these for a intermediate player that plays club tournaments but not spending too much. So Performance to bang for buck wise
I would say the 88S Tour or 88D Tour would be good options. Depending on if you are more of a back player for doubles then the 88D Tour. Or mid/front court player then the 88S Tour.

Personally, I think Aerobite is the best string right now. But because the crosses are 0.61mm and very thin. If you are stringing at 30 lbs and they are not strung by professional stringer or if you have mishit, it can break very easily. BG80 is also another top pick for many players.
@@howeezy Hello, sorry to respond that late but I want to try the Nanogy 98, do you know why there is not a lot off players talking about it while it has better specs in any category than the bg80 ? And do you have any exprerience with it ? Thank you for your time 😁 Have a good year !!
Hi! Yes, I used to actually used Nanogy 98 also. However in comparison to BG80 it is still slightly thinner at 0.66mm vs 0.68mm of the BG80. So this makes it more susceptible to breaking. @@kenzoferrer2413Because yonex rackets usually cone with a 1 year warranty and will offer a replacement if the breakage is deemed to be caused by the racket being faulty.
