I'm not sure about those burpees... I'm no crossfit expert but i do them like a full pull up, my legs don't touch the ground
I don't know how you combine a full pull-up with a burpee but good job.

You only did 99 reps. First round you only did 9 reps on the thruster.
And he did little to no jump on the burpee. But, honestly, he would have smoked my rx performance. 🙂
