  • The 2024 CrossFit Open wrapped up with four CrossFit fan favorites going head-to-head in rounds of thrusters, chest-to-bar pull-ups, and bar muscle-ups.
    Third-Fittest Woman on Earth Arielle Loewen, 2023 CrossFit Games athlete Sydney Wells, six-time Games athlete and Australia National Champion Jay Crouch, and third-Fittest Man on Earth Roman Khrennikov not only set the top times to beat, they also battled for a Rogue Fitness Golden Barbell.

    Open Workout 24.3
    For Time:
    5 rounds of:
    10 thrusters, weight 1
    10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
    Rest 1 minute, then:
    5 rounds of:
    7 thrusters, weight 2
    7 bar muscle-ups
    Time cap: 15 minutes
    ♀ 65, 95 lb (29, 43 kg)
    ♂ 95, 135 lb (43, 61 kg)

    I hate to be this way, but please do record every athlete that you bring on to the announcement, not just the big ones. Would’ve loved to actually see how it went for Wells in this one

      Crossfit does a horrible job with regards to broadcasting. It cannot possibly be that hard, but it's amateur hour with every event sadly
