    I absolutely love the bigger guy in the back! Props to you I'd love to see where he is now a year later. So rare to see that and so inspiring! Crossfit changing lives one day at a time

    That big guy is not big. He is unrecognizable and he is BUFF, cut and muscular!!!! He eats clean and goes RX and is a true inspiration to all of us at CFW. Way to go,Dan!

    I am in the same boat as dude in the white. Not quite as bad but I have a lot of respect for people willing to put in the work to get back in shape. Having been in shape and now terribly out of shape I can say it is a huge mental and physical challenge.

    I did this kalsu today here in Tampere, at Finland. one of the hardest crossfit wod absolutely! I did 68 for time cap 35:00 with 45 kg weights..

    @Embizzle804 It's so rare for people to do anything other than machines that do the work for you (treadmill, elliptical, etc.), dumbbell curls, and bench press. Seeing someone say #$%^ that and really exercise is truly inspiring :D

      Спасибо за беспокойство. Человек в белой футболке был в порядке. Он сделал это тренировки снова 6 месяцев спустя, в половину времени.

    I have experienced this workout and my front delts have been killing for days. I now struggle to perform a push up! I am sorry but those burpees are terrible. Fair play to the guy in white but his thrusters are poor. He should be using lighter weight or he'll get injured.

    They laughed when I told them I would get ripped with "MegaMAX Muscle Maker", but then they saw the results. Go and google "MegaMAX Muscle Maker" to see their reaction. (You should see their faces!)

    Good inspirational video but STOP throwing the bar/weights down! Be controlled and let the weights down nice and slow.
