    Thank you so much for sharing your technic!! I'm going to order the little tools and try. I have no food dryer but a very good low temperature oven so should be ok. You're the first I found who actually explains the complete method.

    Is the meringue glue food safe with raw egg white?

      Go with the Swiss Meringue method or if pasteurised egg whites are available, then that is best.
