I finally watched this video in my hotel room - wow - I will have to plan some time to prep and make these - I’ve made your Chocolate Cremeux once before, but not much of a macron fan - but I think I’ll enjoy the micro version 🥱. Thank you so very much for taking all that time to test and make these tiny treats and share the recipe with us!
And yes, what were you thinking when you made this?? I was laughing out loud while watching this video. Oh, I could make that creamy hot chocolate using some of the chocolate cremeux and then top with the micro macrons - similar to hot cocoa topped with mini marshmallows!!!

You are going to need a good whole day or get the whole family to join in. I really appreciate your feedback and that you enjoyed the video. I was actually inspired by a channel called "Tiny Kitchen". I was wondering how would one make uniform macarons. When I watch that channel I get anxiety because I have such big hands and then I have to imagine myself working under such stress to not destroy the ingredients and item. I love your idea of topping the hot chocolate with the micro macarons, now that is what I call indulgence. Have a great day as well in the Ghost Town of Nevada!!!

Only for cereal would I do this and I wouldn’t fill them but find an alternative for the chocolate component. I flavor the meringue with different things and pipe them tiny and make little things my children love. I don’t know what to call them but they are delicious.
Yeah, don't fill them. It took me a long long time to fill them, hahaha
