Yeah it's about the break up. Honestly this song's lyrics are as if they were pulled from my own brain in relation to my most recent break up. It's incredible, because I am a musician myself, and usually never do the whole "dedicate someone else's song to someone" thing. I usually just write my own for my own expression. But I couldn't have written a better song for how I feel about that break up myself. Shaun states exactly how I feel here. Word for word.
