Exactly Reb is just a cruel character in this case. Reb justified Lou Kelly doing her job when attacking Boomer and attempting to cut her finger off. Also Reb allowed Lou Kelly to almost Kill Ruby.

Even watching the scene where Reb says he got his periods back from being off testosterone for so long and lou offers to go get him some pads makes me wince.
