      McKayla Padgett thank you!! You can get there it’s not as hard as you think ! Just eat way more than you normally do and lift heavy weights

    Awesome video!!! Thanks for the tips! What do recommend for the person who wants to grow glutes, but obtain a flat stomach also. I’m looking to lose a little weight, but above all get my belly flat.

      MissAbri thanks so much! I’d recommend eating in a deficit(under 1800 calories a day)with healthy foods but also lifting heavy. Start with light weights but increase weights over time in various exercises like deadlifts, lunges, squats with barbells or squats on smith machines. Also doing ab workouts at least 4 times weekly. Abs can be trained everyday

      Bay it took me 2 years with ALOT of trial and error.

      Speak from the Heart about a year after I got consistent I noticed by body shape started changing. But I was super new at fitness so I had to learn a lot by experimenting

    Hey. Love the transformation.
    How much weight were u lifting when u first started and how much are u lifting now. Im finding it hard to up the weight. I can't lift heavy and I've been working out for 6 months

      Grip'n'Geko 94 hey! I was squatting 20lb on the smith machine, I can squat 100 now. But I find it easier to up your weight on the Leg machines quicker thank the squat machine

      Ailanie Valadez Thank you! I trained lower body 3x and upper body 2x. Alternating between both

      BighairMich thank you sm girl, last question did you do any cardio?
      Because my gym is 8 minutes away from my house and I’m planning to go there with my bike but I’m not sure if that will stop me from growing since imma be burning calories. 🤔🤔

      Haha no cardio is actually good for you. Just as long as your eating more calories than your body is burning you should be good. If you notice that you start losing weight , eat more. Double up on food (like 2 potatoes instead of 1)

    Did you workout everyday & will protein shake help me ? My goal is to have a body like you , I lost my thighs & butt ):

      I would aim for at least 3 days a week for minimum results.. of course more days=better results. Protein shakes help but they can’t be replaced as a meal. You still should eat 3-4 meals with the shakes
