I would lose my shit laughing when this game finally dies and loses that last 5% of the battlefield players and the only ones remaining are Ace Combat fans role-playing as AC protagonists using broken physics lol.
I blame the youtubers for the drop of players actually. Of course it would drop by a lot, since there were a lot of glitches at launch, but if there weren't any youtubers, people would actually have their own opinion and a lot of people would actually like the game.

Its high time gamers grow some goddamm self-respect and hold these horrible AAA companies accountable instead of looking for scapegoats. If the game had actually potential to get fixed and be fun then even the thousands of youtuber rants wouldn't have stopped the fans from playing it.

@@musakotze2881 well in a dogfight you would want to keep the enemy within your sights and flying fast would just make you overshoot your target plus you can manouver less when at higher speeds but this is a video game so I'll let it be.

Seriously, I was so surprised when I saw just how polished and finished AC7 is, Forget about the plot, gameplay and art direction etc, the fact that it feels like a truly finished game in of itself is such a amazing feat especially compared to the greedy and pathetic state of the rest of the AAA game industry nowadays.

I'd say it's more reminiscent of Assault Horizon's scripted flight paths through the skyscrapers & evasive maneuvers, especially in that Dubai "Power Play" mission.

I just noticed something and I can't un-see it now: Aside from the cockpit's control screen being not that accurate compared to an actual F-35, the middle shows a radar beam that goes around 360° but fighter jets have a directional radar that only looks forward.
I meet these players everytime I swear. 🤣
