We Have Had A New Arm Rest Fitted !!!

Hello & Welcome back to Caravan Escapades and welcome to this Vlog. This is a short one for you. In our old Caravan the end of the front seat was up against the cabinets & wall and wasn’t a problem when stretching out. With the new Caravan we found that because the end is next to the door when we stretched out cushions etc were falling off and it wasn’t as comfortable. Lucy @mgcaravans mentioned to us that it was possible to order an additional arm rest this this is what we did, and these are the results. Let us know what you think, do you guys have similar problems

Hi, where did you order your armrest from. I have a Swift Conquer 565 that has the same issue with cusion falling off.

Hi I got our Dealer to order it, as you have a swift they actually come with the Swift Elegance Range of Caravans so should be straight forward to fit. Hope that helps

Great addition. Did the manufacturer make it or did you vest someone local. It’s something I’ve been thinking about for our Coachman.

Hi Barry, These actually come with the Swift Elegance Range of Caravans, We have a Challenger, I got the Dealer to order one for me and get it made in the same material as our seating. How its constructed though I suspect it will work with most caravans with that seat layout. You could maybe order one for your caravan through your dealer and a bit of extra material and get it covered. If you get the chance go to a Swift Dealer and take a look at the Elegance Range and see if it will fit. However it wasn't cheap It was about £250. However it is just a bit op Ply with some foam and material on. You could probably make one. We are out this weekend for the first time with this addition so we will see how we get on. Hope that helps
