- Hello & Welcome back to Caravan Escapades and welcome to this Vlog. So its time to change the Jockey Wheel “Wheel”, We have had the Kartt system and been very happy with it, however the Tyre had started to come apart a bit. Kartt have released a new heavy-duty wheel. So, this is me swapping for the new one.

James great video on how to change the jockey wheel, the speeded up portions were akin to an Ealing Comedy would have looked great in Black and White 😂😂👍

Always like watching your vids always interesting. Was going to say hi this morning was passing your village early this morning.. we’re in Norfolk on a rally at holt .. live in Nottingham Burton Joyce so was on A52 but thought 7 am was a bit early to say hi😂😂.ps your best funniest video to date is the water containers an trolly from won’t say name of company because there rubbish 😂😂😂😂.cheers mike

I’ve just received my new kart wheel as well, like you I have had the same issues and you blog is going to help me change mine, would you not recommend putting some new grease on the shaft and thread ???.

I absolutely loving my new 20Ltr Colapz and trolly, no issues at all.
@roymorgan138 Hi, thanks for watching. The wheel can be changed with the assembly in situe.' it was easier to film, taking it out and saved me lying around on the floor. Yes, I would recommend adding some new grease. Shhhh, don't mention the Colapz 20l barrels. 🤣🤣🤣. I am glad they are working for you. I am looking forward to using them in France. Happy Camping, James
Mine has a R clip just did it on the caravan with out removing the whole thing 2 minutes job

Why can’t you change the wheel while the bar was still in the A frame
@alanpostma5861 Hello, thanks for commenting. As I mentioned in the vlog, it can be changed in situe. It makes it easier to film, taking it all the way off. I also wanted to show how to take the complete assembly of if anyone who needed to do that. Happy Camping James
Also as mentioned in the Vlog. As its a Kartt, I have swapped it from the old caravan to the new one. 😁

Lo, I just realised I hadn't adjusted due to Leap Year :-)
