I am not able to start the quick shot. When I go into quick shot mode, it lets my draw a box and select the subject but instead of the start button it’s just a normal record button in video mode

It really should just keep recording until you stop it.

No it's not. And it's a common misconception. When you switch to quickshots, you then go back into the camera menu and are able to select 1080p, 2.7k & 4k. RUclipsrs need to actually investigate before just saying stuff because alot of people have been turned off by thinking it only quickshots in 1080

However, if the target moves fast, the aircraft may lose its target and terminate the recording. It is not like active track and DJI Mini 2 does not support active track. When the aircraft flies back following the first part of a quickshot, is it possible to record the return as well like on the dronie? Workaround? A lot of times I want to get both ways but have to manually record the return even though it looks great when it returns.
This is for all below... To use QuickShot modes from within the DJI Fly app, launch your DJI drone in the air and hover at least 2-metres above the ground. Select the remote control icon at the right of the screen, then select Quick Shot from the icon below the Photo and Video icons.
I have had a few tries at this...no where does anyone actually show this procedure. It's a given: "Select quick shots" - I am not completely thick but I have had the thing off the deck for 2.5 metres and pushed every icon on the right of the screen...can't even SEE a Remote control icon.

👋🏽😃Hello to All, I would like say...I really enjoy the Mini ll and all its features...however...now the connection wires are housed in the controller...it would be a more enjoyable experience...if the phone/device end of the connector plug 🔌 was placed at the base of the plug...versus on the side...for if it was at the base of the connector...it could be plugged into the phone/device straight on...therefore...allowing the user to use the controller...without having to remove one’s phone case to plug into the controller...because of the position of the plug wire...other than that...I am enjoying my new Mini ll.😃

Can you film while the drone is heading back after the quickshot ended? Like filming everything again but in reverse.
Is there no way to control the speed / duration of the quickshot flights and no way to switch to interval shooting for the quickshots?

How do you get Quickshots to record?? They’re not recording automatically. I’ll do a Quickshot then when it’s over, it’s like it never happened.

You can always speed up your video thru whatever video editing software you use.

No I found the problem, its not recognizing anything in quick shots when I have a ND filter on my drone

With Quick shot, I'm not getting DISTANCE selection. So basically it only flies upto 30m, how do change it to 50-70-120m selection.
