I just ordered a XL and got it in the mail. The inside retaining nuts are 4 separate pieces compared to the 2 in the video. Did you guys do a design change and not an updated video showing the four individual retaining nuts I guess you would say?
I have basically the same problem where I ordered The same product and it shows four separate retaining nut pieces and only came with the top to retaining nuts. Either they need to do a update video on the new design of this product or if they didn’t update the product then they need to make sure that they’re sending out all the correct parts because now you and I are missing critical parts to do a job. And now I can’t do my job because of someone at the manufacture, who I was relying on to get the job done correctly. Unfortunately cookie failed at doing that.
Is there an update video for this? If so please put the link in the description of the video or otherwise if this is still the same model/product please make sure that you’re sending out all the correct parts in the packages that you’re selling. I am missing two of the four main critical parts for the attachment of this system. Hopefully someone from cookie can assist.
