Love the EK Quantum X #nocase . I have been working on an equal concept + prototyp for month now, but it barely made it out of the conception-stage until now. When I heard about this Quantum X project in "Day 1" I fell absolutly in love with it. It is literally everything i always dreamed of - or should I better say it is not everything I didn't dream of? 😂 - I hope the #nocase makes it into an actual product, I would buy it immediately. An even though i don't care much about the price of my dream Computer case/frame I hope the pricing will be reasonable. Something between 600-800€ (or even less) with the distroplate would be awesome to see. I actually already own a whole EK Custom Loop in a Corsair 5000D Airflow case, but its not as perfect as I hoped it to be. Anyway ...
This is going to be my next #nocase - no matter what!

The Quantum X #nocase looks great, but it's big I can't see it on a desk, make the same for ITX would be great !!!
Please tell me this nocase is available soon. I want to build within the month and its perfect. All black no rgb everything, with only light coming from the distro.
The block design would clearly be better paired with the new Trident Z Royal Elite DIMMs, Designs are basically the same
Can someone explain what he did to wire all those RGB lights? At the corner of the motherboard?
On Thursday there will be a full QuantumX episode where you can check expanded cuts of all 3 Qx segments together. I explained all the cabling stuff in detail, but they have their own crazy wiring loom that all gets routed alongside the rads.
I was just curious what he was doing. I’ve connected this many fans before. But just used a ASUS RGB hub. Is he just using a single RGB header to control all those lights? And power them directly to a hub?
I hope they tease about new cpu waterblock or improvement of existing models in the ces. Their blocks hasn't been fairing lately in the watercooling communities. I seen lot of people recommending other blocks over EK. Especially with their top of the line magnitude block costing 2x to 4x as much as its competitors' blocks with similar or worse performance.

@@Fincher123 1) The can't call them copper if they use rose gold, that would also be wrong
2) He even says they look very copper, so you're right I guess?
3) I only responded cos I found it funny you sounded so pressed about something like this. If you hate them, don't buy them. Unless of course you been waiting for years for someone to produce rose gold fittings and this was a huge let down.

Like I said they appear to be LIKE perfectly polished copper would look like when it's brand new. The material used is Rose Gold, so an alloy of ~75% Gold and ~22% Copper giving it the warm pink colour. But crucially unlike Copper it will not oxidise and dull which are both things we wanted to emphasise with the name.
Daaammm that case or should i say chassis is just genius. I neeeeeeeeed MSI have made a mobo with all power sockets on the rear of board i think will work amazing with this case
ASUS too. They call it BTF. Including special GPUs that use an on mobo power delivery, no cables.

They should call it a frame, not case.
